“Never ordered from Zatu before, but will certainly do so again. Very competitive pricing and amazingly speedy delivery. My box of Star Wars Legion goodies came well wrapped and the start of a new project begins.”

“Good experience overall ordering from Zatu. It was an out-of-stock item "expected soon" - and I heard nothing for maybe six months, which was the only frustration (particularly as they take your money up-front!).”

“Recent purchase was deluxe tokens for Small Samurai Empires, excellent product. But more generally I find Zatu to be a reliable vendor with a very good range of baordgames, and good systems for tracking and delivery. I trust their coming improvements will build upon the range and reputation.”

“I am still waiting for my delivery and have found it difficult to any firm information from this company. They have not kept to the dates I was given and have not bothered to update me with new delivery date ! I am very disappointed with this company and have little confidence that my order will actually ever arrive !”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this experience. Unfortunately, there was an error on our website that caused this item to appear as in stock, when it was actually available on backorder. Once we identified the issue, we explained the situation and clarified that backorders are confirmed orders placed with our suppliers. These usually arrive within two to three months, though occasionally they can take longer due to factors outside of our control. We completely understand your disappointment and, at your request, we have processed the cancellation and refund for your order. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to improve our systems and communication processes to prevent this from happening again. If you would like any further assistance regarding your order, please get in touch with us at team@zatu.co.uk with reference number 6114. Thank you, Team Zatu Games.
