“Great for purchases, horrible if they mess up. Purchased an item and they sent the wrong item. Sent it back the same day, hoping to get my item quickly. It was delivered back to Zatu the next day, but i've not received any information for a week now.”

“When you can buy two products for nearly the same price as one on another website you know you're getting a good deal! ... I've purchased quite a few things from Zatu and I'm sure I'll be purchasing more in the future :D”

“It was very easy to deal with Zatu Games. I reside in the USA and the package arrived on the earliest date that was specified. I ordered it on January 16th and received it on January 28th in pristine condition. We've had extreme cold and snow where I live (Pennsylvania) but that didn't affect my promise date. It was great dealing with Zatu. My grandson will be estatic when he receives this for his birthday present.”

“日本から注文しましたが、１週間ほどで届きました。早いですね。箱もつぶれることなく、きれいに届きました。サイトも、取り扱っているゲームも多くて、見ているだけでも楽しいです。可能なら、パッケージだけでなく、コンポーネントの写真もいくつか見られると良いですね。”
