“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased a pair of designer shoes from Zap Clothing just four months ago and the soles of the shoes are literally breaking in half. Zap Clothing has adamantly denied any responsibility, said it was my doing and will not offer any sort of resolve for the clearly defective product. An overall horrible customer service experience. Furthermore, the shoe manufacture will not guarantee AUTHENTICITY of the product because Zap Clothing is NOT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER. They could very well be selling counterfeit product! By all means, do NOT buy from Zap Clothing. You could be out hundreds and potentially thousands of dollars if you face any issues with your expectedly designer product.”
