“Ordered something next day delivery. Took 5 days to find out it wasn’t even in stock, and even then I had to call up the store myself and message on WhatsApp to find out what was going on. Happy to take my money as soon as I ordered however. Just been sent a ‘credit memo’ for my refund which takes 3-5 days, but was receiving review emails before anyone had the courtesy to reply to my query. Shocking online service not worth wasting your time to save a few extra quid with better services elsewhere online.”

“Another bad experience with zap,ordered 2 t shirts,only 1 came with the other just wrote on the invoice as out of stock,no refund no reply to emails as usual,just about to ring my bank to get my money back”
