“I have not received my parcel yet even though I paid for next day delivery and I placed my order on Wednesday 5th April. I have received an email stating dpd are awaiting my parcel but that what sent to me on Thursday the 6th April and I have heard nothing else since. I understand it’s Easter weekend but I was able to pay for next day delivery so if that’s the case why didn’t I receive that service.”

“Worst customer service I’ve experienced hands down. After paying the shipping fee I was contacted to pay an additional sum for shipping. Does not provide a return label for orders that should be returned. Waste of your time energy and MONEY!”

“Generally you are on point Zap, however in this instance I ordered goods this time ,that apparently were in stock on your website but not physically in stock. I received and emailed confirmation of the order but received no shipping email in the coming three days. I then phoned in to find out what was happening and was advised that the Versace trainers were not in stock and that someone should have contacted me to advise. On this occasion your customer service was poor l, as you should have let me know once you’d received my order. Respectfully I recommend you only display live stock levels in future as to not cause disappointment to your clients, or be more on point informing your clients if your choose keep the status quo. Thanks”
