“Despite not receiving confirmation emails (which made me very nervous) my parcel was delivered to Australia in 5 days which was beyond impressive… and the delivery driver rang me twice for a safe drop off spot as I was out… this is a first on both accounts, beyond happy… I will buy from them again!”

“Never received my parcel the next day after purchase as promised. Even on the second day, your courrier failed to deliver my parcel which was supposed to be shipped to my office saying there’s no one there on a Friday midday!!! When I tried to call you, the bloke answering the phone couldn’t be bothered and was so unhelpful and useless. I shall never buy from your site again.”

“First time purchaser from Zap clothing. I bought 2 £300+ Givenchy sweaters in 2 sizes as I was unsure of how the clothes would fit me. I kept the size that fit me best and returned the other. From purchase to the return process I can't find fault. The delivery was prompt even though I hadn't selected expedited delivery, and return process was a breeze. When they have something that appeals to me on their website in the future, I will have the confidence to buy from them again.”

“I've used Zap clothing quite a few times over the last year. Their customer service is superb and items have always been shipped fast and efficiently. On the odd occasion I've returned something that doesn't fit, their refund process has been speedy. Zap are probably my 1st choice for fashion items now, especially when they have a sale on!”
