“I was supposed to have received the survey within 5 days but i didn’t as stated. I had to email them and ask why. They didn’t reply but they did finally send me the survey report next day. The survey report was extensive and very well put together. I was very happy with the report. It reported very important crucial information about the property which now has lead me to renegotiating terms and price with the seller. The price for the full building survey cost me £330 which was better than average. Most survey quotes where £400 or more for building survey. The report was invaluable and the price extremely good. Apart from late than expected delivery of the report. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this. 10/10 Thank you”

“The survey was very comprehensive for the price. It was easy to read and understand. The 3,2,1 system of relaying what was the most important works to be carried out was really helpful. The survey was supplied within the time frame given.”

“Very pleased from start to finish, I booked my survey, received my receipt by email, received notification for the date the survey would be carried out. Everything was plain sailing, even when I questioned the ratings on certain areas. I was contacted back within a short time explaining everything in lay-mans terms. I would definitely deal with this company again.”
