“The report covered the areas I needed. However I was disappointed that my initial quote was for £600 and increased to £700 after I asked to proceed.”

Hi Katherine, Thank you for your review. After a quick check on our system it appears you were originally quoted for the Homebuyers Report at £600. However you decided to instruct on a full Building Survey at £700. I hope this clears things up. Kind Regards Your Survey

“The Survey was produced very quickly and gave good detail on all areas of the house. It was written in a manner that was clear to understand. A number of defects were identified from which we decided not to proceed with the purchase. The price was competitive. Thank you again Stephen Curtis”

“The survey was arranged quickly and we received the report within 2 days. The survey itself was thorough and we had most of our questions answered. We did get a bit of a shock with some of the issues raised, but considering that it is written to note all the things that aren't 100%, we were eeally happy with this report. We would have liked to see photo's of the 'problem areas'.”

“Prompt report covering things specifically asked for. However a lot of unnecessary points already covered by solicitor so would have preferred these not to be covered for a lower fee”

“Really easy process from start to finish. I requested the survey by email after receiving a quote and received a call within a couple of hours to arrange payment. Survey was carried out the week after and I had the report the day after it was conducted.”
