“I ordered two zip up hoodies for work, customised with my schools logo on the front and my name on the back. After a few tweaks, due to items being out of stock, a replacement was found. However, I used the size chart provided to order my hoodies and now they have arrived, they are far too big…!!! I’m greatly disappointed as I have spent a lot of money on these and they are not suitable to wear at work. Double check the sizes before you order!!!!”

Hi, I’m sorry to hear you had issues with the ordering process. We do have an online chat option where you can drop us a message and we can assist you directly from there, or you can email over to sales@yazzoo.co.uk and we can put quotes together for you. In regards to pricing, all will depend on the quantity you are looking to order, and we do offer filter tabs so you can organise the garment results by price. I can also see fair trade garments were part of the order so these are slightly more expensive in comparison to other options, I hope this helps

“The ordering process was reasonably good compared to other sites. When I finally got my items (took 4 weeks) and I live 1 hour away from the sellers. I found one of the two items damaged, which annoying as it was, I reported the item to the sellers and now I'm currently waiting for a replacement.”

“I have been ordering the same T-shirt for a few years for our running club Beginners Course. The Beginners love their bright green T-shirt which helps them find each other at parkrun and at club evenings. Yazzoo makes it very easy to order repeats of the same design, with an easy mix and match of different sizes. The only downside is that they have become pretty expensive, especially since they previously provided a 10% discount, which they have refused this year.”

“The t shirts came all scrunched up and creased really badly, squashed into a small plastic envelope. they aren't bad quality and print, but all had to be ironed to make them sale worthy.”

Hello there Im sorry this has happened. We do send all items with a printers fold and we do offer individual bagging at an extra cost to they are packed inside a polybag within the delivery bag to reduce the amount of movement in transit. Unfortunately on this occasion the courier has let us and you down.

“We ordered a leavers jumper for my daughter. Quality of the prints are fantastic. The jumper itself not so good. Hasn't been washed yet and taken out of the packaging yesterday and its very bobbly and worn (thinning). For the price, I expected better.”

Can you send over some images of where the garment is bobbled/appears thin to sales@yazzoo.co.uk with the manufacturing code (this can be found on the inside seam of the garment) and we can raise this with the supplier and proceed from there We apologise for the inconvenience and hope this helps

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with the status of your order. Per our conversation, I can see that this was a fault from our production team when they were actioning the job. To provide you with crisp artwork, the formatting changed from RGB to CMYK on Illustrator and then dragged it onto Photoshop without realising the formatting had changed. We are replacing the order for you at a faster turnaround. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and I hope this does not deter you from shopping with us in the future.

I’m sorry to hear you have issues with the sizing of your garments. When placing orders, we suggest all sizes are checked against the size charts provided as sizes may differ between items from different suppliers. However, it could be that we have received faulty sizing from the supplier. Can you let us know the width of the chest measurement on the polo shirts at where the bottom arm seams finish? If so, we can investigate this for you to check if the garments are correct.

“Thank you for the clothing. The quality and cut of the hoodie is really nice. This jumper was made for a pillar of our community, he puts others and his work before him and we love him for it. This was to say thank you. Unfortunately I couldn’t put 5 stars as a colour in the stripes at the back was forgotten which was essentially to matching the front logo but overall good item!”

“I have ordered a large hoodie however the one is arrived nowhere near to the large size despite the label saying so. Also I had like for like hoodie from Uni, this one is replica and quality not as good as original. Placed another order I hope this time the size will match the description.”
