“We ordered a leavers jumper for my daughter. Quality of the prints are fantastic. The jumper itself not so good. Hasn't been washed yet and taken out of the packaging yesterday and its very bobbly and worn (thinning). For the price, I expected better.”

Hi Aimee, I'm so sorry to see this! Can you send over some images of where the garment is bobbled/appears thin to sales@yazzoo.co.uk with the manufacturing code (this can be found on the inside seam of the garment) and we can raise this with the supplier and proceed from there We apologise for the inconvenience and hope this helps

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with the status of your order. Per our conversation, I can see that this was a fault from our production team when they were actioning the job. To provide you with crisp artwork, the formatting changed from RGB to CMYK on Illustrator and then dragged it onto Photoshop without realising the formatting had changed. We are replacing the order for you at a faster turnaround. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and I hope this does not deter you from shopping with us in the future.

“Sizes came up massive, I'm a medium everywhere and always have been, these tops are slightly bigger than a large so I'd suggest people ordering a size smaller”

I’m sorry to hear you have issues with the sizing of your garments. When placing orders, we suggest all sizes are checked against the size charts provided as sizes may differ between items from different suppliers. However, it could be that we have received faulty sizing from the supplier. Can you let us know the width of the chest measurement on the polo shirts at where the bottom arm seams finish? If so, we can investigate this for you to check if the garments are correct.

“Original order was very good quality. My last 2 orders unfortunately lacked the original quality. The material used for the hoodies and the previous T shirts were not very good compared to our first order. Sorry.”

“Thank you for the clothing. The quality and cut of the hoodie is really nice. This jumper was made for a pillar of our community, he puts others and his work before him and we love him for it. This was to say thank you. Unfortunately I couldn’t put 5 stars as a colour in the stripes at the back was forgotten which was essentially to matching the front logo but overall good item!”

“I have ordered a large hoodie however the one is arrived nowhere near to the large size despite the label saying so. Also I had like for like hoodie from Uni, this one is replica and quality not as good as original. Placed another order I hope this time the size will match the description.”

“It’s my son’s year6 leavers’ souvenir. He’s 11 years old and he’s is wearing a 15-16 years old size on the attached photo.?I thought, I should buy a bigger size so that he can wear it for a few years. But !!! That size should be 10-11 not 15 -16. He’ll grow out of it soon which wasn’t my plan.”

“Garments are well made and good quality but for me the fit was disappointing. The zip through hoodie is long in the body and the pullover hoodie has a very tight neck hole ( I don't think I have a big head but it is a squeeze) also, although the bottom band is tight making the pouch pocket buldge. Shame as colours, fabric and embroidered logo are great.”

“We were very pleased with the quality of the jumpers we ordered and are happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, it took us quite some time and a lot of emails until there were no mistakes on the design we wanted. After we ordered the hoodies we found mistakes that were our fault but got the confirmation that there was still the possibility of changing the design which we were very relieved about as we didn't expect changes to be possible after we ordered. When we received the jumpers though we had to find out that the wrong version was printed on the hoodies which was very disappointing. I would have hoped for a more mindful way of doing things all in all. We are still very happy with the quality of jumpers and design. Thank you very much!”

“We usually get lots of positive comments about our clothing from you which is why we return when we need more, and why we have recommended you to others. Previously we've had problems with the colour of our logo looking too pink (our logo should be dark purple) and the square on the front of the tops being too big. I mentioned both of these things in the notes, in the hope that they wouldn't happen again. You got in touch to clarify the sizing, and the size of the square is now perfect - thank you. The colour however is back to being too pink. I don't understand why this has happened again when I specifically explained that our colouring is purple. I know you have a darker purple as that's the colour we usually get. We will keep these clothes as we have new team members waiting for them. If/when we need more, please listen to our request and perhaps clarify with us which 'purple' we would like if you have more than one.”

“My daughter got the 9-11 sized leavers hoody. All her Year 6 class got them. She is disappointed that there is no neck tie like on the 12-14 size and there is no special pocket in the big pocket like in the size 9-11. Also the cut is too close to the neck and she feels a bit strangled.”

“Overall good- in terms of print, design, shipping. The sizing of the hoodie does run a bit small and would advise you to size up if you want a slightly loose-fitting hoodie for comfort/loungewear.”
