“I had a test hoodie made with you guys for a small clothing brand I'm working on, the service was great and provided me with a good tester for my hoodie. Customisation was easy and although the delivery was constantly postponed it arrived fairly quickly. I only have a slight issue and that was with quality, on the tester I received there was a fair amount of loose threads and a large bundle of loose/frayed threads on the waistband on the hoodie alongside that there appeared to be a slightly melted part on the main embroidery, spreading black over the red area of the brand name.”

“The quality of the products are really good but some do have their flaws. We order twice per year and I think only 1 order has been fully successful. We had an issue with a zip but that that rectified straight away by the good staff. The hoodies do bobble quickly, looking rather tatty after only a couple of wears. My recent order has shown a few hoodies sent in the wrong size, but staff have been good to get this sorted. I believe this to be a supplier error so not your fault.”

“Excellent quality product. Havent put it through the washing machine yet tho!. Only order a single item and the lead time was a bit disappointing considering I only ordered one garment. Also wasnt very clear whether my order had been confirmed or not. Definitely 10/10 on the versitility of design and positioning options online.”

“The service was exemplary. The garment has a thread pulled but it should be ok. I've yet to show it the person it was purchased for so fingers crossed. I've now purchased two hoodies with embroidery on them and I will be using the service again- despite the pulled thread.”

“Ordered one as a sample, really good quality hoody, nice a thick. Printing is also good quality. Although it did take a little longer to come than I would have thought, it was definitely worth the wait. Will be placing a larger order.”

“I ordered 3 hoodies from 3 different companies and this one was by far the best one all the colors on my design were printed correctly and not faded or too dark although it took awhile to get delivered im glad it was perfect, well worth the wait.”
