“Quick delivery/ Nice print”

“Ordered the hoodies for my small business, a pottery painting studio. They are great quality however one did have a small hole at the seam which I had to sew up. They are washing as expected, we get very mucky at work so they are washed and tumble dried nearly every day and have kept their colour well and the logo has only slightly cracked (which I expected for printed!) overall very pleased and will order again.”

“We ordered hoodies from this company for The Secret Garden Society of the University of Aberdeen. The process was quite easy, and we really appreciated that there was not a minimum amount of hoodies required to purchase. It was good that they had a wide range of colours and types of material (including organic options!). The prices were super affordable great for students! The hoodies arrived quite fast (a week?!) And we were surprised by the quality. They seem good so far! We are so happy to see our logo and design printed on the hoodie, which with the forest green colour just looks amazing. We will be wearing these hoodies with pride for our society but also to get more people involved.”

“I'm starting a business and need a clothing supplier. I find the website really finicky to use. Sometimes it seems to do what I expect it to and others times it doesn't. If i am ordering more than one design there really should be a way to reflect that in one order. I had to call you to request that my three orders be linked so I could pay one delivery charge, after all they were going to the same place. It was good that you did link them but guess what...three separate packages arrived on different days. I called you to explain that after the first one arrived, because i was actually trying to help you, but it made no difference. 2 out of 3 of the actual products were very good. One jumper didn't print as well and seemed to have been folded too quickly after printing but it wasn't a major issue so I didn't bring it up. I had also called to query whether my chosen image could be increased to cover the chest and was told it couldn't be. However, when i received it, guess what?!..the image covered the chest! I was happy but I'm nervous to order again as i can't be certain i will get that again as the digital print proof didn't show it like that.”

“I had a test hoodie made with you guys for a small clothing brand I'm working on, the service was great and provided me with a good tester for my hoodie. Customisation was easy and although the delivery was constantly postponed it arrived fairly quickly. I only have a slight issue and that was with quality, on the tester I received there was a fair amount of loose threads and a large bundle of loose/frayed threads on the waistband on the hoodie alongside that there appeared to be a slightly melted part on the main embroidery, spreading black over the red area of the brand name.”
