“Ordering some personalised clothing for a rock climbing coaching business I run and had been recommended Yazzoo. The first order had a printing problem and I thought it was going to be a nightmare. Contacted the team and the immediately investigated the issue, and then send a complete new order free of charge. Handled well and very happy when the replacement arrived!”

“Amazing quality hoodies and genuinely the most comfortable hoody I've ever worn. I'm already thinking of ordering more. The print is great quality, I've washed it a number of times now and it's not budged. The order was merchandise for an art show and was super popular. I gave 4 stars not 5 because there was a wait for some sizes to come into stock which meant my order was slightly delayed.”

“I purchased a Forrest green hoodie with my business logo embroidered. Better than expected. The logo is clear and good embroidery. The hoodie is decent quality. I have given four stars and not five only because I only received the hoodie a few days ago so can't rate for durability - wear and tear. But overall I am happy with my purchase.”

“Generally, great service and quick responses when we have any questions. The only issue we have had, which did cause a problem, was a hiccup in the loading of quantity numbers when we were making a large order. We ended up having to order more stock. Customer service was excellent and rectified the issue very efficiently.”

Hi Dawn, Thanks for the feedback on the slow order updating for the large order. We've identified the issue that slowed down the page updating and hopefully rectified it now. It looks like it was trying to reload too much data - some of which was not needed, so we have skinnied the data loading it down a lot. “i ordered a sample order before a larger one so i could experiment with designs and see how each product turned out. i'm extremely impressed by this brand! the embroidery on my hoodie is incredible and such good quality! the material of the hoodie is amazing too - so cosy and warm. its really amazing quality. the t-shirt embroidery didnt come out as well but i think its becuase i chose the soft touch tshirt and need a thicker material to hold the embroidery sewing better- nothing that cant be remedied with a different order and considering this whole order was an experiement i am so impressed by the success of the overall order.”

“I loved the print on my t-shirt and jumper and both were a great colour, the t-shirt fit lovely but the only thing I would say is the jumper comes up very small I would say it was a small rather than a medium, great service and quick delivery”
