“The sizing of the product is awful. According to the info online I got an xs size. So I ordered it. Arrived very quickly but the arms are far too short. I cannot wear it. I emailed to see about returning, but got no response. I'm not happy to pay postage to return either as it would fit according to the website and postage was expensive anyway. Very disappointed.”

Hi Megan, Really sorry to hear that, sometimes the sizing doesn't always work out, it's just one of those things. Fortunately you can return the garment to us for no cost to yourself, and get either a full refund or a replacement. “Not as advertised. Been told changed manufacturers so the style and thickness of the Hoodie is no longer the same. This is no longer a heavy weight Hoodie. Just a regular and low quality one”

“Firstly I was sent the wrong colour and it took ages to arrive, had to complain several times before being sent the correct colour which then also took longer to arrive than promised. Very disappointing.”

Hi, Really sorry to hear the sizing isn't right for you. Can you measure the hoodie for us please, 2cm below the bottom arm seam flat across the chest? We need to see if the hoodie is faulty
