“The colour wasnt as strong as the picture's i sent in so a new top look's faded which is a shame the quality of the hoodie is fantastic though and the embroidery was on point ! .. Just what let's it down is cheap print”

“The product is very good quality. The turnaround time was nearly two weeks which makes you one of the slower companies we have ordered from. The sizes needs looking at. I am the director of the company and can't wear my own hoody because it's enormous on me and I'm broad.”

“Don't usually write reviews but after placing my order I tried to pay online.. error on my part but had to call to pay over the phone instead. Company took payment and received an estimated delivery date.. then I didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks and when I called they said they were still waiting for the payment and then said that the payment had been 1p short so that's why it hadnt been processed... even though they processes the payment over the phone. Wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn't called.. however once this has been sorted the items were delivered the next week and the garments are good quality. Perhaps system needs to be looked at?”

“I can't really fault it except the fact that one started fraying and the thumb holes were far too tight on one and the phone pockets doesn't even fit a 21st century phone in. The Hoody strings were also frayed and twisted when arrived. Unfortunately I have worn it as I did buy them for a reason so I can't even send it back now feel I have wasted money”

“Warm and cosy - but unexpectedly the material has no give( stretch) so getting it on and off isn't as easy as my other hooded tops. Perhaps that could be remedied”

Hi Eleanor, I can see that black melange was ordered, which is black but with a marl effect. As the marl effect is produced by having different shades this means that it comes out with a dark grey finish overall. I hope everything else is ok with the sweatshirts. Also good luck this year, Manchester was my old university :)

“The hoodie I ordered is great but the cost of postage considering how long it took to arrive was excessive. There was no personalised printing to be done so it should have taken less than the 9 working days that it did.”

Hi Maria, all of the hoodies here are printed to order, so they are blank garments that get printed when the order comes in. This is why they can sometimes take a little longer to arrive. Kind Regards, Rob

“I ordered one hoodie to try before a batch and I found the quality of the material was great really soft . zip a little stiff and gets stuck when unzipping and in zipping. logo on front wasn't big enough would have liked it bigger and on back it wouldn't let me make the name go any bigger when designing on line so it looks too small and one of the letter e in lower case has the top the semi circle filled in with ink but the other doesn't so looks a little odd. so a few things I would want changed before I ordered any for more customers.”
