We were very pleased with the quality of the jumpers we ordered and are happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, it took us quite some time and a lot of emails until there were no mistakes on the design we wanted. After we ordered the hoodies we found mistakes that were our fault but got the confirmation that there was still the possibility of changing the design which we were very relieved about as we didn't expect changes to be possible after we ordered. When we received the jumpers though we had to find out that the wrong version was printed on the hoodies which was very disappointing. I would have hoped for a more mindful way of doing things all in all. We are still very happy with the quality of jumpers and design. Thank you very much!

We usually get lots of positive comments about our clothing from you which is why we return when we need more, and why we have recommended you to others. Previously we've had problems with the colour of our logo looking too pink (our logo should be dark purple) and the square on the front of the tops being too big. I mentioned both of these things in the notes, in the hope that they wouldn't happen again. You got in touch to clarify the sizing, and the size of the square is now perfect - thank you. The colour however is back to being too pink. I don't understand why this has happened again when I specifically explained that our colouring is purple. I know you have a darker purple as that's the colour we usually get. We will keep these clothes as we have new team members waiting for them. If/when we need more, please listen to our request and perhaps clarify with us which 'purple' we would like if you have more than one.

I Order for my performing arts school. I have a lot of issues with this company, but they do always try and rectify any mistakes (of which there have been a lot)

My daughter got the 9-11 sized leavers hoody. All her Year 6 class got them. She is disappointed that there is no neck tie like on the 12-14 size and there is no special pocket in the big pocket like in the size 9-11. Also the cut is too close to the neck and she feels a bit strangled.

Overall good- in terms of print, design, shipping. The sizing of the hoodie does run a bit small and would advise you to size up if you want a slightly loose-fitting hoodie for comfort/loungewear.

I feel that £5 for delivery of a school leavers hoodie was very pricey and we could have got a delivery to the school saving money or even being able to collect would have been better. However the jumper seems to be good quality and soft but I've not washed it yet so I'm unsure how it will be after that. Very little time to order too in January when people are less flush with money.

Took over a month for the order to be delivered. When it was 2 items were missing and no confirmed time if order to be completed

Very pleased with the quality of the embroidered clothing. Unfortunately two garments were sent unembroidered which was disappointing and the service re picking up via DPD was appalling.

The hoodie quality is fantastic. As with some other reviews, the lead time is agonising slow and this is the only negative in using Yazzoo.

Not happy at all! When you prepare the design and logo you can’t adjust on polo shirt up or down ! Design and logo on front chest is to high! On back is to low! You have to design your software that client can adjust the design and logo exactly where they want! Disappointed! Hope the printing to last long time!

We have received the artwork for an order 3 times and each time it looked the same. Several requests were made for a person to telephone us as we could not contact them by phone. No one phoned. This order was request for delivery by 16th Aug. Not Happy

Unfortunately I have had a number of issues when it came to large order quantities. Delays in communication, production and then errors in the final products including missing items. The print work is good quality, however I have found shrinkage and poor communication between your customer service team and production and delivery partners. The clothing ordered is used as my merchandise for my health and fitness brand.

There were a LOT of errors it appears with the school order. Items were delivered without any identification so the staff had no idea who was supposed to receive each hoodie and expecting 10-11 year olds to know is ridiculous.. there needs to be some identifying detail. This meant my child received the wrong size and wrong colour. 12-14 age hoodies are sent as small but n ne communicated this to the customers or the staff so no one knew what was going on. Communicating with the company is difficukt we were told ' we sent yours to the school' but they did in fact NOT as there was not one of the size and colour we ordered in the order at all.

Bought a leavers jumper and quality of jumper is really good but took over a week to arrive and trying to get in touch with Yazzio is practically impossible. There was no medium or large left in stock but as soon as ordered XL other sizes became available. Couldnt get in touch to change order. Online chat on website said they couldn’t deal with it and kept giving me wrong email to contact someone. So now I’ve paid £30 for a jumper which is way too big and my child won’t wear!

Hi Helen, Apologies for your bad experience with us. We didn't receive any emails from you so I'm not sure what email you were given to solve the problem, but we should have solved this for you on the online chat itself rather than asking you to email. It is awkward for us, to change a hoodie once ordered, as we have the hoodie in our building, have to return it and pay restocking fees to the supplier - so it's definitely best to order the correct size at the start. However, we will usually sort it. Someone is going to get in contact with you over the next 24 hours to offer you a free hoodie with the designs in the size and colour of your choice, stock permitting. Great hoodie, exactly what I wanted. They got my logo mixed with another company and it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone to sort it out instead of corresponding by email. Delivery was on time.
