So amazing! I spoke to Bertie and he has helped me with my issue and even emailed me this form which he didn’t have to do but he did amazing customer support!

I received very prompt and friendly help from Dom and Sol in rationalising my extensive list of domain backorders. They went beyond the call of duty and saved me a lot of time and effort in the process. Excellent.

The experience has been fantastic. Change over went smoothly, the software is so easy to understand and has made a big difference to our company efficiency. Any problems have been dealt with promptly and the online chat service was great got through to a human being who sorted thngs very quickly .

We decided to change to Yay for our phone system after we had problems with a different provider. Sol took us through the process and explained everything brilliantly. Any follow up questions we had were taken care of quickly and patiently. It's made a huge difference to our business now that we have phones that work!

This compnay is just the best. Don't go with BT or Virgin, I would port your number over and let YAY.com take care of all your needs. If I get any issues which is very rare, they always help me on the phone within minutes.

Answered pretty quickly and the person who answered was able to fix the problem - no referral to another dept. Straight on to Anydesk and set up my IP phone in no time at all.

We've been using Yay for more than a year now at The Elocution Coach, and I have to say, you just can't fault the service. There is never a hitch when calling their Customer Service team, even if you're struggling to work out the best way to use their many features. I have been a client for >1 year. They provide excellent customer service and a user interface that is exceptionally intuitive, easy on the eye and therefore a pleasure to use. The call quality is ace and their fees are very reasonable for this feature rich VoIP system. All-in-all it's a big thumbs up from me!

We have worked with yay.com for a long time and cannot fault them. Their platform is very easy to use but the best thing is that their support team are always incredibly helpful and available whenever any we need any assistance or have a question.

I have only had to call up yay support for help twice since I have been with them. And every time the level of willingness to help amazes me. Their staff are very well trained and qualified to help. Well done yay and Izzy who assisted me.
