Sent the wrong product but communication was great and replacement sent immediately. The black dog isn’t really black though which is a bit disappointing.

I did not get any words inside the card which was a disappointment but the card itself was good value for money

Great products. However, I ordered a greetings card and a keyring, they came together in one envelope and the card was damaged by the keyring and the envelope ripped because the keyring wasn't protected in anyway. I didn't have time to rectify so was disappointed.

I loved the cup but not the colour, I asked for red and it come in pink, disappointing as it was a Father’s Day present and he loves red not pink.

Hi Paula, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us however, I am sorry that you feel your experience was only worthy of 2*s. We do advise on our product page, basket page and Order Confirmation emails that you should allow 5 - 7 business days for our bandana's to be created and a further 2 working days for delivery. I have had a look into your order and can see your item was shipped on the 6th working day and Royal Mail completed delivery the next day. Fast delivery. Great quality card. However, card was damaged. The card was not in suitable packaging, therefore corners were bent.

The tub itself is cute but it’s flimsy, especially the price. i bdid not see the service feel from England until after I checked out my bill - 20$ for something I could get at a dollar store here. It arrived in a mangled, open box. Somehow, the tin was not affected.

arrived too late and missed her Birthday, even though 1 thought I had ordered With enough time. 23/05 for 03/06. Nice item when it arrived though, just leave a bit of extra time

Usually great quality but ordered the walking bag 14.99 Would return it if I could as it’s very cheap looking and has Velcro on the flap so it comes off ?

Pretty disappointed by my order. Wrapping paper is actually very small, so it turns out to be very expensive. The notebooks are ok but paper not great quality so rather disappointing. Was excited to receive these items and very underwhelmed with what I received considering the price.

Really disappointed, ordered a bandanna for my daughters dog Reggie ; was told 3 to 4 days delivery After 3 weeks I emailed Rhian who said Royal Mail Couldn’t find my daughters address so it was returned to you ! Which is so strange because she lives in a populated area ... anyway she said she would get another one sent out , after another week and another email I was told it was being processed that day , so it would of been at least another week !! I would of thought good customer service would of made my order priority but no .. so sadly I had a refund which was both disappointing for both my daughter and myself

Hi Lindsay Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear you were disappointed with the service you received from us. I have investigated this and can see your order was shipped on 29/04 however it does appear from the tracking information that Royal Mail were unable to deliver this, and this was returned to us on 21/05. Unfortunately no information was provided on the tracking information to state why Royal Mail unable to deliver your order, so again I do apologise on their behalf for this. I am afraid due to the time that had elapsed since the order was dispatched and your email to us requesting an update, we would have been unable to investigate this with Royal Mail for you and receive an immediate response. As such a new order was submitted free of charge for you on 11/05. I did contact our production team when the order was resubmitted to see if we could prioritise this, however due to the large volume of orders we have received in the last few weeks and reduced staff whilst we adhere to government social distancing policies, we are unable to prioritise orders at the moment. I can see that on 17/05 you requested that the new order was cancelled and a refund processed, which was completed promptly for you. Once again please do accept my apologies that you feel disappointed with your Yappy experience, but please do not hesitate to get back in touch if we can help with anything further. Although the treats arrived in good time unfortunately the card did not arrive for his birthday on 26th. Sadly Murphy passed away on 27th. I have not asked his owners if and when they received it as an upsetting time.

I loved the idea of getting my dog a bespoke lead for his birthday, due to COVID it arrived late... Which is fine and not a problem at all. However I was gutted to see that only one side of the lead was personalised the other side was jsut plain black which of doesn't really make clear on the website at all.

The collar is very pretty but keeps coming loose, I have to tighten it everyday when we go out for walks, otherwise she will slip her lead. Sorry but won’t be buying one again.

I bought a collar for my dog on this website, it did take a long time to come but i understood that due to covid-19. Once it came i was very happy with it but just after a couple of days the collar had split and now the name on the collar isn't clear. It is quite disappointing due to how lovely the collar was just a shame it didn't last:(
