Great lookng products on the website, however not all are suitable for actual use :( - Very dissappointed with our Yappy tea towel as it was only washed once and as instructed. Now it looks an utter mess.

I was very disappointed, I ordered some personalised items for Xmas presents,I wasn't informed on ordering that there was an issue with the production line, it was only when I contacted Yappy that I was informed of this , was told that they would be here by Xmas but only received the items last Fri ! Have ordered before but will not be ordering again , should have put a message up saying may not be able to fulfill all orders before Xmas .

I thought these would be just be like the “Where’s Wally” children’s books and be fun for the family to pore over at Christmas but sadly the characters depicted are so tiny on each page that even I struggled to find our pets and gave up after three pages. Sadly I suspect the young grandchildren (for whom they were meant as a present) will get bored very quickly and the books will be discarded. It’s not just the size of the animals - our golden retriever is made almost impossible to find by the fact that many of the other dogs on the page are a golden colour. All in all I’m very disappointed and would return them if I could. The concept is great but the product just isn’t as expected. I wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately I think the blanket is quite poor quality for £35. I ordered blankets from you in 2019/2020 for a previous pet and the blankets were great nice fleece and double layered (black underside) we used and loved these for years but it seems you have now changed to a different and poorer quality product but for even more money. So I’m afraid to say I’m disappointed and won’t be ordering again as feel this is now very over priced.

Our new blankets are made of a lightweight fleece material, your dog will be kept cosy and warm without getting too hot, this would have been illustrated online and also advised in the product description so I do apologise if this was missed. The personalised card I ordered in plenty of time didn't arrive so was a little awkward when it did come after the birthday date past.

Not suitable for black dogs. Other dogs have lovely face features whereas the two I ordered for my two black cocker spaniels could have been any dog. I contacted Yappy to ask what could be done and didn’t hear back. A waste of money. Disappointing.

Sadly our order took much longer to be delivered than was advised; despite enquiring as to where our order was we didn’t receive any update to both the chat or an email. One of our items was faulty which was returned. I had to specifically request a refund only to be told as it was a personalised item they don’t offer refunds despite the item being faulty. It to the usual tally standard

I think your concept and ideas are great ! However I was disappointed at the value for money. My order was delivered fine and the product was fine but much smaller than I thought considering the cost. I wouldn’t buy from you again but love your ideas.

Bought bag for dog walks, strap much too short, (needs to go across body), 'snap on' picture front easy for you, will get lost / rusty and not worth the cost for me. I was given the impression it would have the dogs name on it ... but his name only used for nagging email. Present for my mother, she smiled, but it has been put away and she prefers to use old battered bag, despite needing a new one. Lucky to get a 2 actually...

Ordered a card and bandana on the 8th July only received my dogs Bandana today on the 6th august, luckily 2 days before her birthday leave plenty of time if ordering anything to make sure it arrives in time

Thought it was cheap looking - big transfer on white towel with print made to look like towel. The photos don’t show it very clearly. Would not buy again

No attempt to deliver to me by Xmas and entered into long conversation about my order and then said we have no idea when it will arrive . Very poor and it arrived too late to give to my friend for Xmas . I paid for next day delivery too !
