Flimsy, over priced coasters. I appreciate they're personalised but doubt they'll last a month. Paper-like!

I received my replacement which is now correct. However, not great quality as glue left on the actual board itself.

Terrible service - Told me items were despatched. Never arrived. Reported this and said they’d replace or refund. Requested a replacement. Waited and still no parcel. Chases it and advises new order going out that day. Then gets an email to say delay in production and my order is affected!! Shocking service.

I can see you contacted our customer care team regarding this on 30/10/2023 and we did respond explaining that your items were not lost, and were being held with your local delivery office as Royal Mail were unable to deliver these on 24/10/2023 I have checked the tracking and can see the items are still being held at your local delivery office for collection or redelivery. Whilst the greeting card was good the tie was abysmal. The quality and look of it was like something you'd get in a cheap, tat shop, shiny and oddly textured, looking little like the website, apart from colour. Sadly I didn't read the small print so couldn't return in.

Lovely quality jacket but I doubt it would fit a pet hamster and yes it was measured so ure measurements on site must be in mm not cm. Total waste ov money and straight in bin.

Rubbish, cup broke after one use. Handle snapped clean off after it had been washed. Wouldn't bother using them again.

Failed to arrive in time, when contacted prior to Christmas told to try again the next day even though it had been a good while since dispatch!!!!

Ordered a cushion well in time for Christmas according to their guidelines. I chose quicker shipping to be in the safe side. Between selecting this, paying via PayPal and returning to the website, the option had reverted to standard shipping. I for I touch straight away and explained what had happened and asked if they could send a PayPal invoice for the extra amount (£1) to bump up the posting. They said they didnt have the means to do so. Note, when you accept PayPal, you are able to create invoices. You just chose not to. The item didnt arrive in time, and didn't even arrive before new year. When it did finally arrive, it was TINY. Not at all worth the money paid. Shocking service. Avoid.

I am afraid we're unable to manually charge customers further for order amendments or shipping upgrades, even via PayPal invoices, and I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. I can see we did offer you the option to cancel the order and receive a refund so you could reorder with the speedy delivery option, however I can see that you declined this offer. We did advise on our website from the 15th December onwards that orders placed on or after this date might not arrive before Christmas due to production timescales and Royal Mail strikes, and I do apologise if this information was missed when purchasing. It does also appear your order was shipped within the 4 working day timeframe advised when ordering. I have looked into this and can see that the delivery address on your order was incomplete and missing key information including a building number and street name. This would have been reflected on your confirmation emails, and I do apologise if this was missed at all after purchasing. Due to the addresses being incomplete, Royal Mail have been unable to deliver your items as they were unable to determine the correct delivery address, and these were returned to us.
