“Lovely to personalise the card with our own photo. The picture used turned out really dark when we received the card, the original was not as dark so disappointed for Milo’s Grandmas 70th birthday despite being a great quality card”

“I bought 2 personalised bandanas from your site. And frankly, I am very disappointed with the inferior quality of these bandanas, and I don't even feel like making my dog wear these. Unfortunately I cannot return them as they are personalised. This was my first purchase from Yappy, and paying £22 for these two bandanas in hindsight seems quite disappointing, especially I have bought better bandanas from amazon.com for £5.”

“Ordered a phone case. It arrived quite quickly but unfortunately it was bent and hard to fit. It then split in one corner when fitting. A replacement was sent out quite quickly free of charge. This was also very tight fitting. Got it to fit after some persuasion but after a couple of days noticed that it had split in two corners. I was happy with the customer service and the case looked great. Unfortunately it doesn't fit so I've put my old case back on.”

“They were wrong! Milo’s name was supposed to go on one and Odies on the other ! Not both names on each one! I was very disappointed!”

We did respond to tell you that both names were used on both bandana's and we did ask if this was correct. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you and the bandana's were printed with Odie & Milo on each of them. “We love your products and have purchased a few in thy he past year. However, was disappointed to see the cushion at Scout’s house this week and the colours of the dog’s face aren’t what I ordered! The cushion you have shown me is what I ordered, dark face and dark ears, but the real cushion shows a light face. I have a photo I can send you of the cushion in Scout’s cage and you will see immediately what I mean. Hope you understand what I’m saying.”

“The card is fine. The shipping/processing is the issue. This took over a month to get to me. It was advertised as a father's day type card and arrived almost two weeks after father's day. Not sure why it takes 4 weeks to print and send a card.”

“I gave this a wash in the sink before use. Water filled on the inside of the picture. Shaking it won’t remove the water which is visible.”
