The bowl look lovely however I’m very disappointed in the quality. All bowls have been hand washed and already the white on the bowl and the black silhouette have started to peel after only a week of using them

Nice items but misleading advertising...my item not personalised as stated...just a picture anybody could chose noname on product..

Hi Belinda, I can see that the items you have ordered do not come personalised with a name, and do only feature the icon chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for your pet's name as part of the registration process so it can be used to personalise your shop and show previews of items that are personalised with their name. The Owner of Lenny that the book was bought for is 3 yrs. old. Therefore it was hopeless giving it to him. Do you look for the whole dog or just the front-on picture? Great-Granny & Granddad has spent a lot of tme looking for Lenny but have been unable to locate him anywhere.

Hi a few of the things I have ordered have not been the same as the website the key rings hqve not had the dogs pics ok only the writing and the letters on the rocco neck tie was so close together it look strange just wanted to give some feedback thanks Rachel

The items that I ordered took different amounts of time to despatch so one arrived after Christmas even though it should’ve arrived before.

Happy enough with the gift we bought, but fed up with being inundated by follow-up emails demanding reviews and offering more and more products. Puts me off using the company again.

Tried to order Christmas cards with no success. Said there was glinch in system. But it worked on other stuff. Contacted customers service. Who got bk to me nx day. Told me use a different server to solve issues. This I did . Ordered my Christmas cards at last. They arrived few days later If wasn't for the time wasted it would of been 5 Start.

I have looked over your correspondence with my colleague Amanda who did not state there was a glitch in the system however mentioned if a browser changed helped remedy the issue. The print was quite blurry on the bandana. Not sharp like usual orders. Looked like it had slipped in the press.

I’ve had some great products from yappy However, my last order of a doormat was not very good. To say I have bought quite a number of items from them, I was not impressed with the customer service that I received and therefore I will seriously consider purchasing from them again

I have looked into this and can see you contacted us regarding the doormat you purchased, and whilst we do not ordinarily offer returns on our personalised items, we did offer you the opportunity to return the item on this occasion as the fault with it was noted. I can also see you advised you would not return the item to us. We do state within our terms and conditions that faulty items must be returned to us, and as such to provide further resolution we would require the faulty item to be sent back to us. Love the idea of personalisation for mine and my families dogs that I can find instantly. I've bought cards etc but find other stuff on the expensive side...cushions, mugs etc that I could have bought as gifts but tbh I've found cheaper through Etsy.

Really fun products for a pet owner, but you really get pestered by emails. It is as if the company doesn't understand that you might give pet style presents once or twice a year, and, if buying for yourself, you are not going to want your pet plastered all over your house.

I love the card but if you’d given the option I’d have liked Watson’s name in it. I gave it to my mum from Watson so maybe ‘Watson is slow blinking you’ or similar. It would represent the thought that had gone into the card. Or even just a little cat paw print with Watson’s name underneath on the pointy flab bit of the envelope, that would be super cute. She did love the card so thank you very much

Products are nice. But no email to say items were despatched. And no response to repeated enquiries through Facebook messenger. Slow delivery above what they said on their website.

I have had some brilliant items and some not so brilliant. I bought a blanket which was a bit flimsy and the welcome mat which got dirty very quickly in the end. I had to buy another one
