Started off well, chose the clock we wanted and put an order through. Clock came on time as said on website, no problems there! But...once opened it turns out you don't know your roman numerals, the 6 o clock had an upside down v, obviously a amateur mistake, have been in contact and still waiting for a reply. Wouldn't use you again.

The collar i ordered arrived very quickly so service great but I found product to be very poor. The collar was far too deep for a Jack Russell and the quality of printing wasn’t good. Looked really cheap. Haven’t been able to use it at all.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the tea towel I purchased. It was really thin. It was a secret santa present but I had to end up buying additional presents to go with it as it did not look worth the money. I was asked to give the name of the pet which I mistakenly thought would be shown on the product but it was not to be. I still can't work out why you ask for the name? I shan't be buying another one.

Bought several items 1 being a turkey toy after 2 days the arm fell off and the stitching came apart and the stuffing cane out , my dog isn’t a Rottweiler it’s a shih tzu cross not sure if I had a duff one or just generally poorly made but it was dangerous as the squeak fell out and I found Mia chewing it I stil have the toy as was going to try and stitch it back up so can take photos if needed however the other items were fine.

I have previously purchased from Yappy with no troubles, however this time was different as it took nearly 3 weeks to dispatch my item and even after speaking with a customer service agent, they were unable to give me any update on the status of my item. I was really not happy with the service I received this time around.

Unfortunately, in the run up to Christmas we did experience delays due to the sheer volume of orders we received. Our Production team could not provide specific dates for dispatch however, they along with our customer care team did try their best to have all orders shipped as quickly as possible. We will be reviewing this over the next couple of months however and taking feedback like yours to see how we can improve future service. Good service - quick delivery. A bit disappointed in 2 of the products I ordered. However, did order two lots of wrapping paper which was really great quality.

I liked the idea and the cartoon dogs were great but the wrapping paper ripped so easily where it had been folded in the pack. Every sheet I ordered did the same, the folds were so deep that when I tried to wrap a small box the paper just tore down the fold. Would not order the wrapping paper again for this reason.

The blanket was supposed to be personalized with Madison's full name on the blanket.....it was blank,only had Old English Sheepdogs on it. Her full name, Madison Leigh. Very disappointed. Susan Brookshire

I was bummed because I was so excited about the blanket. The material is very thin and not super soft. I could have paid more to upgrade and I wish I had. Also, when layer out flat you can't even tell there is a picture of my dog...his fur is so light and the shape is not outlined so he blends right into the background...it looks like an eye mask in the middle of nothing. I had such high hopes as my "Where's Zane" book is amazing.

Fab cards but not protected in envelope and arrived all creased :( Such a shame. Cardboard or equivalent in the envelope would have made all the difference.

Their cards are good and funny, but other products like clothing are poor quality. Choose carefully

This wrapping paper arrived weeks after the gift, so, the gift was wrapped in another paper.

First issue was that the website allowed me to place an order with a delivery address of Australia. It was only in small text/different information, after placing the order, that I read that delivery was to UK or USA only. In this case, the order form should have stopped me using an Australian address (online forms can do this). I updated my order with a UK address (I'm lucky to have family there). I have just today received the forwarded package. Due to current postage delays, that has meant 6 weeks between placing the order and delivery. (I understand not the fault of this shop). My purchase included two pairs of socks and two cards. The packing slip only included the two socks. I have no idea if the cards were sent separately or weren't sent at all. Both occasions that I wanted the cards for have passed, so have just emailed to request a refund. Cute concept, and if Australian delivery was available I might order from again but overall a poor and clunky experience.

Dear Felicity Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us. We are only able to ship to addresses within mainland UK and US at the moment. During the checkout process, our online order form will prevent any international orders going through, however if you choose express checkout and to pay via Apple/Android Pay, the address is populated from your payment method and as such bypasses our online form. I can see from your order information that your order was placed via express checkout, and as such this is why the order was able to progress with the international address. Our cards are produced in a separate facility to our socks, and as such this will be why the cards were not included on the packing slip alongside your socks. We do advise on order confirmation emails if an order will be sent out separately or not, so I do apologise if this was missed on your confirmation email. I can see your cards were shipped to the requested amended UK address on 10th August, so I do apologise if these were not received at the new delivery address. Due to the current pandemic and subsequent staff shortages with our delivery partners, we have seen a unfortunately slight delay in some smaller items arriving with our customers. I can see you have now contacted our customer care team to resolve this, and once we receive a response from you we can certainly look into this further and work towards a resolution.
