Love the idea but didn’t work for my Working Cocker Spaniels. Legs out before we had got out of the house. Tried again but legs out/paws trampling on the fabric Shame

Made an order mid November got an email 28/11/19 saying it was delayed. Arrived 24/12/19 delivery time just to long.

Got delivered 10 days later than the maximum estimate so nearly didn’t make it on time and ordered a small bandana for a small dog but no way of sercuring it to him maybe you should put some Velcro or something on it I’m not even sure this would tie round his puppy neck

Disappointed with the lack of communication. There was a delay with my order being dispatched and I had to contact customer service several times. When it finally arrived it was poorly packaged and I don’t rate the quality of the items at all. If it hadn’t have been a gift I would have returned, so I Wouldn’t order from Yappy again.

Although the delivery said it was up to 10 days, it was longer. They did apologise when I got in touch and made sure the order was on its way,but my daughter was going away for Xmas and I needed it delivered in the time it stated. Yappy said that they had more orders than expected, but why advertise but then not be able to deliver?

In the run up to Christmas we did receive an unprecedented amount of orders, and as such this did cause some delays affecting a number of our customers. Ordering process quick and easy. Quality of book is good. Find it a bit too expensive for what you get. Not enough variation in the scenes and too many similar looking dogs which are pretty much identical to the one "individual" dog you're meant to find. A great concept, but not quite executed in the right way in my opinion. Still a nice personalized product to own.

Sizes are not 100% accurate. Ordered Medium bandana according to measurement chart On website and it is too big for dog, but as it is personalised cannot return it. However, good delivery time and product quality just not sizing.

You didn't put the dogs name on the card like I thought you were meant to, also it took weeks to get to me! Otherwise than those two things the card was good.

The bandanas are too big - however the smaller size would have been too short around the neck.

Overpriced bandana and the picture of my black dog was on a dark background so couldn’t be seen, so I was very disappointed with the product.

The tin is much smaller than expected and the labels were very badly placed, creased and bubbled. I was disappointed in the quality.

I am sorry to hear you could not distinguish your pooch from the various other ones in the book. Our design team create the Yappy icons whereas the remainder of the book was illustrated by Rod Hunt, so there should be a distinguishable difference in the pooches. I ordered the book for my 4 year old grandson of his dog Lola , I found the where’s Lola book was very hard to find the dog and the items you had to find and didn’t think it was worth the money I paid was disappointed in the book

I was delighted when my 2 beautiful personalised dog beds arrived 2 weeks ago. I washed both beds for the first time yesterday and both the zoos have completely broken leaving the beds useless. The beds were over £60 each. I am so upset about this and so are my dogs. I would like to know what Yappy are going to do to rectify the situation
