I made 2 orders on 21.10.17. Today I received my second order 8087. All is ok with it. Soon I received an email from xs in which they asked me to review my order 8072 which is still awaiting fulfilment. I think xs mixed 2 orders. Things happen. But I wrote a letter to them and no answer yet. I need the second order urgently. When shall I get it. Please answer me

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. After looking into this, I can see that there was an error processing the payment, which required to be passed onto our e-commerce manager to resolve, which it now has been and your order should be processed & dispatched today.

I placed an order 27 days ago that didn't arrive ! I got the whole check your sorting office spiel ! Even though I have never had any issues with royal mail delivering my mail/parcels I thought id humour XS stock rogues and check which was confirmed no parcel existed ! I am NOW being made to jump through hoops to claim a refund... such poor disappointing and unsatisfactory customer service ! I'm absolutely appalled with the level of service I have received ! I was so happy to see it was a Scottish company I was ordering from ! The Item was coming from less than 30 miles away ! Just giving Scottish businesses a dreadful reputation ! Seriously doubt I will receive a refund ! Will be informing social media to avoid this deceiving company !!

Good morning, I'm very sorry you feel this way. We asked you to fill in a declaration of non-receipt as we require this to enable us to open an investigation with Royal Mail as to why your order was not delivered. We have also replied to your email.

I put in an order on Friday morning and paid 7.99 for next day delivery. It's Monday morning and I still haven't received my goods.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. After looking into this I can see that you opted for the next working day delivery and not Saturday delivery, which is why the order wasn't delivered until Monday 9/10.

The onsie in the picture looked white with pink Scottie dogs but when they arrived(I ordered 2) they were a disgusting shade of palest green which made them look filthy and the quality of them was cheap shoddy and nasty. I didn't return them as they were only £4 :99 each in the sale but if I had of paid the full price I would have definitely sent them back. I don't think they are even worth the £4:99 I paid for them they are so horrible. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless they wanted to waste their money which I think I have. The only positive thing I can say is that they were delivered quickly and on time. All in all a very disappointing experience with this company and will not be buying anything else from them

Good morning, After looking into this I can see you placed your order on 3/7 and your order was dispatched on 4/7. This was sent standard delivery which normally takes 3 - 5 working days but can take up to 7. If you have not received your order by the 7th working day we suggest customers check with their local sorting office as we have been made aware from other customers that their parcels have been taken here with no card left informing them of this.

Thank you for your review. After looking into this further, I can see you placed your order on 24 Jun @ 11:38:35, and as we are closed over the weekend your order was dispatched on 26 June. You opted for standard delivery, which normally takes 3 - 5 working days but can take up to 7 working days during busy periods.

I paid for next day delivery and it's still hasn't arrived! Parcel force have extremely unhelpful. Trying to get in contact anyone is proving difficult as well!!

Thank you for your review. After looking into this further, I can see by the tracking that delivery was attempted twice but both were unsuccessful as there was no one home to sign for the delivery, and can also see that delivery was successful on the 3rd attempt on 2/6 @12.22pm.

After looking into this, I can see your order was dispatched on 24/5 via free standard chipping which normally takes 3 - 5 working days, but after checking the tracking I can see it has been delivered earlier this morning.

Your order was placed on Friday 21/4 @ 22.59pm, and as we close at 5pm for the weekend your order was dispatched on Monday 24/4 when we re-opened via free standard delivery which normally takes 3 - 5 working days to arrive, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods.

After speaking with our courier, both the driver and their GPS system have confirmed delivery was taken to and signed for at your address as previously discussed.
