“The sarong i bought from this company is extremely light in weight, yet the postage does not reflect this. ( very expensive for its weight) The day after I bought this item online, I found this same company selling the item on eBay with no postal charge. I emailed but didn’t get the response I expected.”

“Ordering was easy, it came on time. BUT it was delivered to the wrong house, not signed for and left in their back yard. I wasn’t happy to have to go and collect it as no one was home and I didn’t know them. Sent an email to complain but didn’t get a reply, you have let yourselves down on two counts... sorry !”

Good morning, I'm very sorry to hear that this has happened and can only apologise on behalf of the courier. After looking into this further, I can see that the only correspondence we have had from yourself was a live chat via our website asking for information regarding the product you wished to purchase from ourselves, could you confirm which email address you used?

Good morning, after looking into this I can see that you placed your order at 18.47pm. Our cut off for next day day is 2pm & as your order was placed after this when we were closed, your order was dispatched the following working day and collected from the DPD pickup shop the following day.

“Before I first placed my order with XS-Stock I asked them if they sent their goods in boxes to help protect from damage and was told it depends on what is being sent. So, with me ordering 6 figures I thought that someone may release that a box would be best but sadly not the case. When they arrived in a bag and not protected, out of the 6 3 were damaged and 3 undamaged. So, I sent a message and requested 3 replacements. They were quick to respond and double checked it was 3 that I required as they only had 3 left and shipped out for next day delivery. When the replacements arrived, again they arrived damaged and in a bag. So I rang to check that they were the last in stock and so I sent a message requesting a refund and sent back via the Royal Mail returns. I cannot give the company 5 stars as I would have expected the goods to be sent protected in a box and not a bag so with this, looses 1 star. I would also suggest as some of the figures were sent damaged from the warehouse and staff should be checking goods are undamaged, again loses 1 star for this. So overall, I give the company 3 stars, good communication and fairly quick but sadly the chat facility doesn't seem to be monitored as I got no reply to my message (left after 10mins) so sent a message via the site. When I did get a reply to my message I then got asked to provide proof of sending (not sure why as the label had my order number on and would show up on your system as refund requested). An hour later I got a message saying a partial refund was issued so someone must have quickly found it, so I would suggest this to be improved as I shouldn't have to chase. I would suggest very minor improvements be made to the postal packaging and if these items are being sent, send them in a protected box to prevent damage or if the stock is already damage, not to send it out.”

“Nice and fast delivery and great price, experience spoiled somewhat when the size of the box it arrived in was too small for the items, so they were folded to fit in the box. When you are a collector, that is a big deal, and makes me question any further orders.”

“Despit asking for a Friday delivery the company tried to deliver on Tuesday which we where not aware of. I then took Friday off work and waited, it wasn’t until I rang the company and found that they’d tried o Friday did we realise. I am now having to take Monday off after rearranging with the delivery company”
