“My order took longer to arrive that I had expected. When it did arrive there was two small items missing, so I was not able to assemble it. I did contact Customer's Service and I had hoped to get the missing items by return of post, as I requested, but I had to wait 4-5 days at least for this to be delivered. I was kept informed and advised when the item would arrive and also the missing part. I wish that people would check and put in the correct amount of equipment needed to assembly items to avoid all this delay.”

“Spoke to cust.serv. to try and do a deal, they were not interested despite the item only having a 10% discount.Thick Scottish accent hard to understand, and she with my accent.However I did order something else and was relatively pleased, packaging not 100% but hey!”

“Item was perfect but let down wirh the delivery. When I checked on the DPD tracking site it said that they had not received the item. I got in touch with Xs-Stock and they told me that it had been sent to the wrong depot. I paid extra for next day delivery but it didn't happen. Got the item a day later. It was a birthday present for my wife, that was why I paid for next day delivery.”

“Purchased stag head wreath hanger, looks great but in reality antlers are too near the top for door to close. Husband modified by unscrewing and drilling new hole, would suggest you do lijewise”

“Product packaging and the delivery time was great. Actual outfit length was perfect, not too short and not overly long - mid thigh. However, the product was very thing and see-through which isn't great. (Didn't tie the collar in picture)”

“The tea light holders were lovely only problem was that one of the antlers on one of the reindeers was broke and loose in the packaging. I decided not to return and my husband managed to glue the antler back on.”

“Prices misleading, wrongly placed to specific items. Customer service definitely less that satisfying - confrontational when asked to explain and stated she had been “too busy” to correct inaccurate pricing. Ruined my shopping experience with her extremely unhelpful attitude.”

“I bought 4 sets of LED connectable festoon lights from XS-Stock. The description, dimensions and product details were very well set out on the site. The XS-Stock video of the product was also very informative. The product arrived within 2 working days. I was disappointed that 3 of the bulbs did not work when I first plugged them in. Otherwise the product was as advertised.”

“Am size 7. Bought 8 so plenty of room when washed dried etc. Love the look but they are tiny!! All my toes ache in them...no bigger than a 6... way smaller than stated....”
