“American Police uniform delivered on time & of the quality expected for fancy dress items at this price. The only thing that really let it down was the cap - I would be interested to meet someone with a head that shape!”

“Quick posting but item ordered was very poor quality even for fancy dress! Button fell off when trying on and sizing was way out. Seller gave partial refund when I complained to them.”

Good morning,thank you for your review. After looking into this, I can see that a replacement has been issued for the missing item and that an investigation into why this had happened had to be carried out. You should receive the replacement item in the next few days.

“The order process and delivery were fabulous but a little disappointed in the actual product in how it been finished. I ordered a vase which was loose at one side meaning I can only pour water half way up the vase.”

Thank you for your review. After looking into this, I can see you placed your order on Friday 9/6 @ 9.05pm. The service you selected was a next working day service if you order before 2pm Monday - Thursday, so as you ordered on Friday night your order was dispatched on Monday and with you the following day. If you could forward photos of the stain on the costume, as I can see you have not contacted ourselves directly in regards to this and we can get this matter resolved for you. “Box bashed at corner and rattan table was badly scratched at corner”

“I like the chair - although worry that it was stored in damp conditions as there is some corrosion and rust spots on the anti-rust bolts when I opened the package. So this is not in mint condition - hence only the three stars.”

I can confirm that your order was despatched on 20/3 via our Standard Delivery option. This has been sent with Royal Mail. Standard delivery is 3 - 5 working days but can take up to 7 working days due to the high volume of traffic in the network.

“Delivery was quick. It was delayed by a day but we were kept informed. We liked the product and kept it (a lit Christmas icicle) but it didn't seem to be in a new condition. It was scratched and grubby and was packaged untidily. There were no instructions and there was half a handwritten label indicating that it wasn't wanted because it was a white light not coloured.”

“Sadly this business is being very poorly supported by their courier. As I could not be in when my parcel was being delivered I opted to collect from my local Matalan Store. They would not give me the parcel no matter what. Despite emails and text messages from both XS and DPD and my driving licence still no parcel. There goes my Christmas present for my new Grand Daughter. I am far from impressed and also short of money now. DPD and Matalan between them are pathetic.”

“Ordered three pairs of magic gloves. One pair out of stock. Why not just substitute with a similar pair as you have lots to choose from. No mention if they will come.... or not.”
