“I don't know if it made me happy as the order was delivered in 2 parts which should have been one next day delivery and I had paid extra for a next day delivery but that has now been refunded but that is not the point, all I was getting was DPD blaming you and you making pointless excuses that it was a busy time. it took days for the main part of the delivery to arrive.”

“Prompt delivery, however, disappointing. I really hate it when although the item is in stock when you place an order, and pay for it, when the delivery arrives it isn't there. Then when you write asking for the item it's suddenly out of stock"”

“Disappointed that my parcel was sent to the wrong depot and although it was dispatched by yourselves on Monday it did not actually arrive until today. Also the item is a gift and I was very unhappy that the packaging was very damaged. On a positive note the actual item was undamaged.”

“American Police uniform delivered on time & of the quality expected for fancy dress items at this price. The only thing that really let it down was the cap - I would be interested to meet someone with a head that shape!”

Good morning,thank you for your review. After looking into this, I can see that a replacement has been issued for the missing item and that an investigation into why this had happened had to be carried out. You should receive the replacement item in the next few days.

“The order process and delivery were fabulous but a little disappointed in the actual product in how it been finished. I ordered a vase which was loose at one side meaning I can only pour water half way up the vase.”

Thank you for your review. After looking into this, I can see you placed your order on Friday 9/6 @ 9.05pm. The service you selected was a next working day service if you order before 2pm Monday - Thursday, so as you ordered on Friday night your order was dispatched on Monday and with you the following day. If you could forward photos of the stain on the costume, as I can see you have not contacted ourselves directly in regards to this and we can get this matter resolved for you. “I like the chair - although worry that it was stored in damp conditions as there is some corrosion and rust spots on the anti-rust bolts when I opened the package. So this is not in mint condition - hence only the three stars.”

I can confirm that your order was despatched on 20/3 via our Standard Delivery option. This has been sent with Royal Mail. Standard delivery is 3 - 5 working days but can take up to 7 working days due to the high volume of traffic in the network.
