“Good customer service. Awful product”

“I bought these masks and paid by Amazon pay. however they did not arrive on time and when I contacted Amazon and gave them the detailed reference on the e mail which I had they could not find any details of the order. They eventually arrived and are reasonably satisfactory. Amazon then came back with an e mail to say they had found the details of my order. Not very efficient!”

We thank you for your feedback. After looking into this, I can see you placed the order directly on our website, which is why there wouldn't be an order for them on Amazon, I can also see that you placed the order on 23/9 and you received them by Royal Mail on 25/9.

“Straightforward ordering. Good delivery on the day. Assembly reasonable. Generally good quality service. I have 2 difficulties: 1. Paid for next day delivery and this did not occur. Delivery came 24 hrs late. 2. The arm of one of the chairs has a fault in that the basket weave is incomplete. Please can you advise what I should do”

“Good delivery service however I wouldn’t recommend this product as I’ve only had the slippers 1 month and the bottom has completely flattered with no bounce anymore. Would like to return these for a refund if possible but I’m unsure of the policy . Thanks”

“More care needed regarding packaging. The towels arrived in a big card board box, ie 4x bigger than needed. The blue towels were just thrown in loose and the pink ones were packed in a plastic bag. The identity tag was attached by a plastic tag which snagged on both the pink towels, pulling several threads If my wife had not been good with a needle and thread the towels would have had to be returned, as it was she repaired them to an acceptable standard so we kept them. There is a lesson to be learned here !”

“I bought 9 of 3 different fragranced auto sticks 1 of the packs was open and the packaged sticks inside was open too and gone discoloured, I sent an email to XS-stock but they did not even acknowledge my email very disappointed .”
