“Have had several pairs of totes slippers with no issues, however these ones constantly leave part of the slipper sole bits all over the floor, never known this before. I am wondering if they are old stock? Very disappointed and too expensive to return.”

“Decent enough for £20 but definitely wouldn't have been happy to pay the £60 thats on the packaging when it arrived as its got some uneven/wonky & loose stitching in places. A cheap dupe for a big name branded and fully sherpa lined which is better than most hooded blankets!”

“Hi I have a problem which I hope customer services can resolve, I bough both diffuser and spare oils, unfortunately the oils do not fit. Could you please advise me where I can buy the diffuser the oils I have will fit, and could you also let me know where I can purchase refills for the lamp I have Thanking you”

“Ordered these slippers. They did not arrive on the date that was emailed to me. The slippers were not ideally packed in the box, everything seemed rammed in. Their are stains on them. Not impressed like I was last year.”

“I ordered one lots of candles they arrived in good time and all was fine apart from one lid missing then decided towards some more as I thought they would make good client presents. The second lot arrived with two broken candles and two lids missing so I contacted by email I got the standard reply saying we have got your email but a week later I have still heard nothing that is very disappointing.”

“Arrived on time. Length, colour and quality as described. The only negative is that there were several creasses in the materail that took some time to repve by gentle heating. Maybe they were caused by folding for packing. Unfortunate as a few still exist. However, still excellent value for monet and very attracrive. I would recommend this company again.”

“Parasol arrived with fixings that would not tighten up in the wall. Contacted customer service who responded promptly and made some suggestions that did not work so had to spend £5 in b&q purchasing some more”
