I write this based on the current situation. Order placed nearly 8 days ago and immediately received tracking stating Royal Mail 48 hour delivery and to arrive by yesterday. Still no parcel, tracking still not updated and no response to an e-mail sent to company over 24 hours ago.
So far I would not recommend them or use them again.
