“I ordered an item, with it made next day delivery for which I paid £7.99 but the delivery came after 2 days. Don't make such promises when you can't deliver on time.”

“My husband ordered a shirt from yourselves 6 days ago and paid for next day delivery, and we still haven't received it. He has now missed the occasion to wear it, and we will expect the delivery charge to be refunded in full, as well as the cost of the shirt if that doesn't arrive. Terrible service with no communication.”

“Not happy with the service as O still have not recived my parcel and I was home on the second occassion when arranged to drop off the parcel also I requested to post to my neighbour if I was not in and that did not seem to be an option for the driver. I requested to collect it from my local DPD and still have not received a text letting me onow if my parcel had been delivered to my choosen location.”

“In terms of ordering and delivery time excellent. But was disappointed in the actual items. The men's scarf I ordered online looked to habr a thin stup of purple. But came out with a thci kstrip and the ladies scarf I got sheds a lot. Awful quality”
