“Seemed fine when unwrapped but zip broke when I attempted to use.”

“No delivery date given. Correct colour luggage arrived but the packaging stated that one was Black and the other Marled Blue. We had to open the packages to see if the goods we had ordered were in the boxes. No paperwork at all with the delivery.”

“Lovely chair but not worth the money. Wouldn’t say it would do up to a 7 year old either! My little one is only 4 and looks really big on it and she isn’t big for her age so, disappointed as far as that goes. If it wasn’t for the hassle I’d be returning it and shopping elsewhere.”

“Arrived really quickly, only down side was 1 of the brown hats is pretty marked and I also ordered 9 pink hats (7 were fantastic but 2 of them you could see the glue and the front tiaras were a little lose.”

“I know you are not responsible for the weather but as I had paid for a next day delivery for World Book Day and the item took 6 days to get here, I would have expected the next day postage to be refunded?”

“When the fairy lights I ordered arrived, i plugged them in to discover they were broken. They wouldn't turn on at all and I was so disappointed. E-mailed back and asked for either an exchange or refund and they just replied saying they would give me a full refund. Recieved that in good time and sent the lights back, but still sad they didn't work because I was so excited.”

“I ordered an item from them which would have been here for christmas for my son. They sent the wrong item then once I chased it up they refunded me as they didnt have another to send out. My son wasnt very happy christmas day, thanks alot! first and last time ordering from them.”

Thank you for your review. I can only apologise for the mix up in our warehouse which resulted in you receiving the wrong item. Unfortunately, by the time you had contacted us in regards to this, we had then sold out of the original item on your order, so a full refund was issued for yourself. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“I ordered the merry Christmas lights on a Friday and paid almost £8 for next day delivery and later I was sent an email to say I would not be getting my order till Monday so I rang your company and I was the one day delivery was on working days only? This was not stated when I paid my £8 I feel that I have been ripped off and then would you believe it it was delivered on Sunday? I am sure your company knows that delivery firms deliver 7 days a week so what went wrong?”

“I ordered a Christmas present two and a half weeks before Christmas, it never turned up and I did not get an email or one of those post cards from Royal Mail saying they delivered my package. Then the company tried to tell me that royal Mail had delivered my package when in fact they hadn't and my neighbors denied getting anything for me, however, customer services were very good in dealing with this situation and I got my refund quickly.”

“Delivery was an absolute nightmare - contradictory emails from DPD, long phone queues to sort it out and directed to pick up from a store and the parcel was not there. When parcel received items were missing/missing parts.”

“Hi I received my tree last week (delivered to Dean N). It was constructed this week but came without a plug and the "eve" part of the socket that the "adam" two pin connectors. We had to take from another Xmas light-up decoration for the tree to work. Please could send a plug and lead please as we are now one short. Thanks Michael Dee”

“The branches were stuck together with the clumps of snow which made it impossible to fan out the branches without the snow coming off in big pieces! The wiring was a mess to try and make it look tidy even behind a chair to reach the extension lead. I had to go and get another tree in emergency as I was not very happy with this one and I will be sending it back when I have the energy to parcel it up and get it to the post office.”

“Tree trunk doesn't line together smoothly so you can see where is joins as it's different widths. Very poor and will have to be corrected by myself”
