I ordered a Christmas present two and a half weeks before Christmas, it never turned up and I did not get an email or one of those post cards from Royal Mail saying they delivered my package. Then the company tried to tell me that royal
Mail had delivered my package when in fact they hadn't and my neighbors denied getting anything for me, however, customer services were very good in dealing with this situation and I got my refund quickly.
