The branches were stuck together with the clumps of snow which made it impossible to fan out the branches without the snow coming off in big pieces! The wiring was a mess to try and make it look tidy even behind a chair to reach the extension lead. I had to go and get another tree in emergency as I was not very happy with this one and I will be sending it back when I have the energy to parcel it up and get it to the post office.
