After placing the order, I realised I had made a mistake and hit the 5 instead of the 6 on the keyboard and ordered one less than I needed. I immediately E-mailed the contact desk to request another one. 4-5 hours later I received an E-mail telling me that it was not possible as the order had already been processed. What's the point of having contact desk info highlighted, if it's not monitored?

I'm very sorry you feel this way. You had contacted us @ 9.03am and by the time we had gotten to your email @ 11.59am your order had already been packed & dispatched so we were unable to add another item onto your order I'm afraid.

The bluetooth station is good. But the hex bugs both broke straight away and the Cape came off superman straight away.

Haven't received anything and haven't had any communication regarding dispatch or delivery. Money has been taken out though

Product was good quality and value. Ordered 11am and paid extra for next day delivery. Order took two days to arrive and was delivered nearer noon than 10am. Phoned and was told order was placed at 5pm in the evening and therefore missed 2pm cut off!

The game, which was meant to be a present arrived with no additional packaging just in a bag - hence the box was very damaged and dented - not impressed!

Dear Sir, as i don't consider this problem wholly your fault.... the email address your are using for this customer belongs to me and i have never bought anything from you. Finally after 4 days numerous email requests received purchase order confirmation. Still no idea when I will receive product as no delivery confirmation...despatch....!!

Paid £7.99 for next day delivery on Friday and it arrived Tuesday, the day after it was needed. Not impressed with quality. Should have been prompted that it would be Tuesday when we paid for next day delivery. What a waste of money

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with the delivery. We aim to inform customers up front that if the order is bought after 2pm it will be dispatched the next working day. In your case it was bought at 9pm Friday evening and was dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Delivery on a Saturday needs to be ordered by 2pm and a Saturday Delivery selected. We will review the information provided.

I GET EMAIL TELLING ME MY ITEMS WERE DISPATCHED 28/10/16 ON EXPRESS 24 HOUR DELIVERY SO I'M EXPECTING THEM SATURDAY BUT HERE I AM 31/10/16 JUST HAD MESSAGE FROM PARCELFORCE SAYING DELIVER TODAY. I HAVE AN IMPORTANT MEETING TODAY IN INVERARAY THAT I'VE HAD TO CANCEL NOW AS NO NEIGHBOURS AVAILABLE TO TAKE PARCEL . THIS HAS COST ME AT LEAST £63 LOSS BY CANCELLING. 24 HOUR EXPRESS TO ME MEANS WITHIN 24 HOURS

Disappointed. The outfit did not include the pom poms, this is miss-leading as they are shown in the picture. The dress is cheap and not good quality. By the time you've paid the postage it was over £10, so it was not value for money.

I ordered 2 Halloween costumes one which is amazing and a female one to match the female one is ridiculously short doesn't even cover my underwear. The length of it is ridiculous

I ordered and paid for3 bath sheets and only 2 were delivered. When I phoned the Irvine store I was told they were now out of stock and I would receive a refund for the third towel. Surely this should have been noted on the invoice and refund applied on despatch. Makes me wonder what would have happened if I had not brought this to the stores attention!
