I paid £7.99 for next day delivery (Friday) didn’t come, nor on Saturday. I needed the costume latest Monday. I emailed for help, no reply, I phoned Monday and was told it would be there that day and I would get delivery refunded!! No refund and costume came late Monday afternoon (too late for grandson nativity)

packaging could have been better, baubles broken, being a delicate product should have been bubble rapped, delivery haphazard, wrong post code on package.. but tree is ok

Don’t like putting a bad review the tree was perfect but the lights don’t work. Bits come on then stop working altogether

Good morning, after looking into this I can see there was a delay with DPD, so I apologise for this. Your order is now out for delivery today and will be delivered today by Joel, your DPD driver, between 13:22 and 14:22, if this is no longer required, please refuse the parcel and this will be returned to us and a full refund issued.

I bought a halloween costume online from your store in Irvine, as im a large guy, on the basis that it said size would fit up to 6ft 2 thinking it would fit my frame and where the 6ft 2 bit wasnt a problem the fact the no waist size was given has meant the costume doesnt fit and checking on other costumes you sell, found the same problem with most of them, so now I have had to buy another costume from another seller. Also I paid £11.99 for shipping as I had asked it to be delivered on a Saturday, I then received an email saying I could pick it up from the Warehouse in Irvine, to save shipping as I lived local which I did, only for shipping still taken from my account

Good morning, after looking into this I can see that your order was dispatched on 15/10 via standard delivery. This normally takes 3 - 5 working days to arrive but may take up to 7 during busy periods.

This was my first time shopping with you and while I was happy with my goods and delivery I was very unhappy that the payment was taken twice and I have to wait a week for it to be refunded to me

I opened up my box and was so happy with some of my items but then i noticed the monster high fashion book was missing and the monster high poster colouring book damaged the cover was bent and ripped also i ordered a captain America dressing gown it is so thin and just not at all what i was expecting i was happy with some items but not enough to shop hear again

The onsie fits just fine but the two piece top says 2-3yrs but is a small fire like 12-18months

The trestle table arrived today and seems of high quality, but has been damaged in transit. There is a dent in it which matches up with holes in the packaging. See uploaded pictures.

Item was delivered in a damaged box and could hear something rattling inside - once opened we immediately noticed both speakers had broken away from the unit, and were also damaged. 2 emails to seller with no response.

I paid for next day delivery on a Thursday night which was dispatched on Friday and did not arrive until Monday late afternoon. It is unclear when choosing delivery options that next day delivery is actually next working day delivery!! This delivery cost£7.99!!! Very misleading to customers.

Delivery is guaranteed by 6pm on the next working day. Delivery days for this service are Monday to Friday. You’ll receive a notification email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched. Orders must be placed before 2pm to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day. We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the Monday. If no-one is available at the time of delivery to sign for your items, you will need to collect them from your local courier depot. A card will be left to notify you. Thank you for your review. After looking into this, I can see you opted for our next working day delivery service. Your order was dispatched on Friday 31/3 and delivered on Monday 3/4 which is on schedule.

Hello, I bought recently two onesies which were presents to my grandchildren for their birthdays. My granddaughter received hers last week and was delighted about her pink/white/grey spotty onesie. However, she wore it only one evening when the seam from her waist down on one side about 15 cm although - being a slim girl - it was very loose on her. I stitched it up and she wore it again the next day, happy that it was repaired, when the seam split this time down her legs for another 15 to 20 cm. I did not have the time this time to stitch it up and Mia was not prepared to let her favourite onesie go. As for the other, all white fluffy onesie, I sent it today to France to my other granddaughter in the hope that it will be better quality. I look forward to your comments and suggestions. Thank you. After looking into this further, I can see you contacted us directly on 1/3 and a reply was sent on 2/3 @ 9.03am asking for a photo (as per our company policy) but as of yet have not received a reply from yourself.
