“The gentleman i spoke to i think his name was Ali, from Xinix support was brilliant he helped me get our analogue phones working with our broadband, i didn`t have a clue but he got straight down to the job and configured the settings, now we have both the office and house phones working although i will have to renew the house phone cable to connect properly. 10 out of 10 thank you”

“The Xinix website was easy to use and ordering was painless. The box was delivered promptly. I was away when my number ported but Xinix set up forwarding very quickly. I installed it over the Easter weekend. Didn't read the manual and screwed up. Left the old copper landline connected to the system. That made for some wierd symptoms. Though I sorted the problem myself Xinix were very helpful.”

“Since the very first interaction they have been most helpful. Hardware arrived today and after letting the software update tried it out. Had a slight glitch which after contacting them was rectified very quickly. Definitely would recommend. I'm a happy bunny. J Moore”

“Problems connecting st first, but Uzair sorted it over my mobile and now all good. It’s not just about how the product works but how a problem is fixed, he was most helpful and patient with a family member who was non-technical and that is good service. Thank you Uzair and Alishba’s happy and cheerful attitude when dealing with me on my first contact was much appreciated too.”

“I was having trouble trying to connect everything to use my old landline phone but a lady from Xinix rang me on my mobile and talked me through everything. Very helpful and good communication from Xinix.”

“I was having a problem with no caller i.d. showing up on my home phone display. Due to my workload, I was unable to be at home during normal office hours. Uzair kindly offered to help me out after hours, he logged in to my system remotely and was able to resolve the issue. I am incredibly grateful to him for going above and beyond to sort out the problem and would recommend Xinix to anyone looking for a voip solution.”
