“I dealt with Maryam, Alishba and Uzair to sort out various initial issues \i had with my new landline connection. All of these were sorted out promptly and efficiently. Xinix provided excellent service and will recommend to others who intend to use them”

“Maryam and Alishba were always very helpful and sorted out my problems, mostly brought about by my having a very old handset which I subsequently replaced. The two adaptors we tried with the old set were received very quickly. As we had problems with connection to the internet an automatic divert to my mobile phone was arranged so I missed no calls whilst the problem was sorted out.”

“We have had to replace our YEALINK base because of a lightning strike close by. We went for a Gigaset phone but there were concerns it may not be compatable. We eventually purchased a new YEALINK base and it was Uzair who helped install it. He spent a lot of time in getting us through the process and he was more than helpful and ensured all went well before he signed off. His patience with this old man was exemplary. 10/10”

“Our landline was unexpectedly cutoff by previous supplier and the couldn't reconnect. Looked for a VOIP solution and after a chat with Xinix within an hour I had ordered VOIP with my existing number being ported. Converter arrived on time and switch over happened on the day it was planned. Good email communications all through the tranfser.”

“Good price easy setup just check sim card placement inside 4g router and only 3gb data per month not told until after setup date But does what we need replace copper line.”

“The setup was very easy and stress-free. Maryam was very helpful with any questions that I had or changes I wanted to make whenever she checked in, which made us feel very supportive. I wish I had made the switch to Xinix a long time ago”

“The man from support help me and guided me has im not very good with understanding todays tec. he rang me back each time he told me. he was so paction with me it took a week to sort out but with his help i got there in the end. very big THANK-YOU to the man from support.”

“Moved our home phone line to Xinix. What a fantastic experience. A really easy process, and supported all the way by Maryam. Loads of check-ins and making sure we were happy. Unfortunately the line was connected to some poor lady at the other end of the country, but Xinix were on it and fixed the problem within 24hrs of me realising.”
