“Just moved voip phone providers to Xinix, they were all very helpful and understood completely our requirements. Once we were ready to go Ali, from Xinix support talked me through the setting up, reconfiguring our existing handsets remotely. The service is half the price of our previous providers - What is there not to like?”

“i have an on going issue with my grandstream box where the time does not change when the clocks go forward or back, So on two occasions now I have had the pleasure of talking to Maryam Shaheen in the technical dept to sort out my problem and I can say that Maryam is a pleasure to deal with and extremely understanding and helpful with a non computer literate person like myself, if it where possible I would give her 10 stars for her help and support, THANKYOU Xinix for the wonderful service you provide. “This is a poor company who do not know how to return customers phone calls. Regrettably I have xinix broadband, I have poor WiFi connection. Even if I am sat next to the rueter my laptop or tv is struggling to obtain a signal. Poor customer service. I will never recommend them to friends or family.”
