“Xinix internet went down for the first time. We have been with them for six months after moving from BT who we moved to from Virgin. Started online chat with Tia at 13:03 pm on Saturday afternoon. the problem was resolved within ten minutes and back online. Cannot say better than that. Glad we moved. Better service and saved money.”
