“So, since I 1st made contact with this company. I have to say they have been fab. I've had such drama with the big main stream companies, never responding or taking ages but Xinix literally respond the same day and also they phone me no later than one day and work really hard to solve any issues, the fault was actually with my device not their service but still the lady stayed on the phone and tried to help me sort the device out. They are very courteous and polite. And although they are based not in the UK, I don't mean to sound awful , but alot of companies staff I genuinely cannot understand , but xinix staff know exactly what I am saying and I completely understand their staff too. Great product aswell. I have an app on my mobile so I can receive my landline calls via my home and my mobile. The lady I spoke to today was named Maryam, and she was lovely very helpful and sweet. So hope the bosses see this and tell her well done 🥰🥰”

“Been very happy so far. Line was set up on the day I needed due to having to coordinate a broadband and phone switch at the same time. Set up was straightforward and the only issue I've had (with the timezone being incorrect on the phone) was resolved without any hassle.”

“The set up arrived while I was away on holiday. There were no instructions on how to wire it up. My daughter set it up but wired the box into the modem with both cables rather than one to the phone. The phone didn't work but I was getting voice mails on my computer while away. I phoned Xinix on my return and was told where we'd gone wrong. Polite and helpful service from the support team BUT not everyone's as clever as they might be when it comes to tech, so a brief note on where the wires go would be helpful.”
