“Superb service. Maariyah was terrific. She listened to my tinnitus problem. Her calm, reassuring manner was exactly what I needed. Hearing aids fitted and already have seen a huge improvement. Thank you”

“Worcester Hearing Centre Having recommended my father and grandmother to Worcester Hearing Centre many years ago, I unexpectedly found myself there this year having hearing aid fitted for myself at the age of 30! Alex has been has incredible, extremely supportive through my diagnose and finding the appropriate solution to my hearing loss that fits my busy lifestyle. You are always welcomed with a smile. “I have been a client for over 6 years now, firstly in Stratford and now Worcester. I have always found Alex to be caring, professional, patient and an extremely knowledgeable Audiologist. My hearing problem was the result of infection in one ear only which caused scar tissue after an operation. Alex spent a lot of time perfecting the ear piece I required, which was no easy task. At no time did I feel I was taking up too much of his time. On occasion I have needed to pop into the office without an appointment and on these occasions I have been greeted with the same friendly welcome and professional service. I am now using my new AI Audéo-190 Sphere’s and I am thrilled with the quality and comfort of these aids. I am also extremely pleased that my new hearing aid contract cost is very similar to my original one from 6 years ago. I have found that over the 6 years that I have been a client of Worcester & Stratford Hearing Centres the service I have received has been above and beyond. Many thanks to Alex and the Team.”

“I have been a customer of Alex at Worcester Hearing Centre for about 6 years and have always received very professional and friendly service from Alex and the team. I am now on my second pair of hearing aids, the Phonak Audeo I90-Sphere - the AI technology is impressive! “'Hearing aids are like computers - you don't want them but when you've got them you can't do without them'. I spoke these words to the audiologist when I returned to the Centre recently following a minor malfunction. And it is so true. I didn't want hearing aids but I received such great care, encouragement and attention to detail from Adam (who inspires confidence in all things hearing) that now I wouldn't be without them. Please don't delay, look after your hearing and it will improve your life. Thank you Stratford Hearing Centre!”

“TV turned up too loud , wife calls but can't hear her.yes, I need hearing aids ! Where to get help ? Which advice suggests local providers are generally better than national centres a web search reviews led to the right choice. Writing this now with my hearing aids in place I can say that they offer a truly professional friendly service. Alex using advanced diagnostic equipment determined the best solution for my particular needs . No hesitation in recommending them.”

“Excellent service at Worcester Hearing Centre, I have been a client for 5 years+ and have received exceptional service if I have experienced any problems with my hearing aids during this time the reception staff have often sorted out minor problems I have encountered. My 6 monthly reviews with Alex during this period have been very professionally conducted, and any changes to my hearing situation has been well explained. I have recently upgraded my hearing aids to Phonak Audeo I90-Sphere with AI technology and found these to be a big improvement over previous versions. PS to Alex I have sorted my connection problem with my new TV, thanks again for your excellent service.”

“I have been to the Worcester hearing centre several times now mainly for ear wax removal. I am always greeted with a smile from those on the desk and given personal attention at all times. Laura shows great interest in health and well being. She takes me through the procedure each time with great care. Thank you all at Worcester hearing centre. I would not go anywhere else.”

“Started consultation process in August, Very welcoming and friendly. Alex was patient, very informative and sympathetic to my situation, (deafness, tinnitus 24/7, head pressure, etc) After several visits and trials I settled for the new AI aids which best suited my hearing difficulties. Throughout the process I was never put under any pressure to purchase, our discussions were based on what was best for me, and Alex was extremely patient with me. I have now had my aids for almost 2 months and I am adapting well. I can hear sounds I had not heard for years, I can hold a conversation in a busy environment, and on the telephone, turn the volume down on the TV and reduce the use of subtitles. The AI element is extraordinary in the way it can focus on speech in a noisy, busy environment. Much better than my previous hearing aids. I feel I have had excellent value for money service so far and the 5 year package ensures this level of service will continue. To Alex and the team, many thanks.”

“I visited the Worcester Hearing Centre because my family ‘suggested’ I should! I was in denial that my hearing had deteriorated and was apprehensive and nervous. The reception staff were friendly and very welcoming. I saw Laura who was so kind and friendly and put me at ease immediately. She explained every step of the process and I completely trusted her and her advice. I found her to be just as friendly and professional on follow up visits. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured as I really didn’t want hearing aides but she helped me to realise the benefits. The aides we decided on are discreet and easy to use. “I needed hearing aids, I knew it and was anxious to get them, so, following my wife's experience and advise I attended the Worcester Hearing Centre. Diana was absolutely correct, I was given a very warm reception, including a cup of tea, I was reintroduced to Alex, having met him with Diana, he talked me through the procedure and we settled down to achieving the ultimate goal of providing me with, super slim, discreet , top quality hearing aids. Alex impressed me with his expertise, his thoughtfulness and understanding for individuals emotions regarding such personal matters as hearing. He gently worked his way through the tests, explaining all as he progressed, always asking if I was comfortable, always reassuring, always seeking the best possible result, which is exactly what he achieved. I have hearing aides I am very happy with and would not be without them now, this is why I write this review to recommend to others with hearing problems, visit the Worcester & Stratford Hearing Centres you will not be disappointed, it will be time and money well spent.”
