“Excellent, responsive and attentive service. Alex was very professional and explained all the tests undertaken. Questions were answered clearly and no jargon was used. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The product lives up to expectations and I forget that I am wearing aids to hear. I have had no issues with the product to date but I know that I can contact Alex via email or phone if I do. The follow up service is very good and instills confidence for the user. I have no hesitation in recommending the service to friends and will continue to do so.”

“Brilliant service from the minute you walk through the door. Kim is always very friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcomed. Laura likewise & she has a great understanding of your ear health, explaining things to you throughout your appointment so you understand what she’s doing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. A fantastic service and the best place to go if you’re having any issues with your ears!”

“Alex was extremely helpful throughout my sessions and was very supportive and patient with me. All the staff are extremely helpful and and always willing to listen. I am glad I went to the hearing centre, I know my aids cost a lot but having good support at any time is worth it . Thanks everyone.”

“'My new hearing aids are the first ones ever to "focus"successfully on the sounds I want to hear - excellent at cutting out background noise in busy echoing settings . (no messing around with "phone controls or fiddling with switches) They are very good value for money . Don't irritate the ear either . Have always had good service and excellent advice at Worcester Hearing Centre and they keep up to date with new innovations.”

Alex was very relaxed and friendly and explained everything I needed to know about wearing and getting used to wearing a new hearing aid as I was very nervous about being able to master it. He answered all my questions. Why did I worry? All the staff were so helpful and kind each time we attended. Didn’t make me feel nervous I was just one of a group of friends . Thank you everyone. “This is our second visit to Stratford Hearing Center with my daughter for earwax removal. My daughter is Autistic and finds procedures that involve noise and close physical proximity very difficult. So it’s fortunate that her Audiologist is Maariyah Arshad. Her professionalism and patient, friendly approach put my Daughter at her ease and makes an uncomfortable procedure much easier and the thought of future visits a lot more bearable. I can’t recommend them or her enough.”

“I Called Worcester Hearing Centre early on Monday morning to report that I had stupidly lost one of my aids. Whilst on the ‘phone Adam checked that an identical model could still be sourced, gave me the cost, ordered it and organised a quote for the insurance company. I normally see Laura and on Thursday she set up the new right one, checked and updated the existing left one, and I am back in the real world less than a week after losing the aid. Brilliant service from Laura and the whole team as always!”
