“A very professional & friendly service from the very first day of contacting Worcester Hearing Clinic. I have now been visiting the clinic for 4 years, have a new hearing aid & feel very well supported. I researched prices of hearing aids & care packages & feel that the clinic offer fair prices for their range of hearing aids & excellent service. It’s not just about the hearing aid, the support is an huge part of living with hearing loss. All staff are helpful. I highly recommend WHC.”

“It's the 'family' type reception when you go in and you know you will receive excellent professional attention. If I have had the need for a chat with Alex and he has been available and if the query is of a short nature he will deal with it or contact you later. After sales and sevice cannot be faulted.”

“It was in late 2020 when I decided to purchase some new hearing aids, having used NHS aids for a number of years. I made an appointment with a National company and had the usual tests etc. before the fitting of the new aids which at the time were satisfactory. It was in Sept. 2023 at the 3rd. annual test and service that I was told my hearing had deteriorated and the only option was for me to purchase more hearing aids which would cost me £4000+. Having spent £3300 in late 2020 after only 3 years usage I did not want to continue with this particular Company. I had been aware of Worcester Hearing Centre and made the decision to make an appointment, I have been with Worcester Hearing Centre for around 2 months now, and can honestly say that my hearing has improved significantly. The staff are kind, considerate and helpful, from Kim and Michelle in reception to Alex the Audiologist, in fact they are SIMPLY THE BEST.”

“The service at Worcester was exceptional, Laura is very professional and removed my earwax without any discomfort to myself , despite it being very tricky due to my very narrow ear canal. She made me feel relaxed and talked me through the whole process , I particularly liked the image captures so you can see a before and after ! The reception lady, Kim, was very friendly and helpful and made me very welcome. All the paperwork I had to complete was handled seamlessly. I would definitely recommend anyone with a blocked ear to go to Worcester Hearing centre. It’s also cheaper than other places I researched as they look at both ears for the price.”

“I must add with many others that when I went to the Worcester Hearing Centre, the welcome I received was very friendly and assuring. The treatment I’ve received from the time of ear wax removal to hearing test and now continuing, has been excellent. Alex has been superb with his assessment and subsequent treatment. I can do nothing but recommend the Hearing Centre but then I am slightly biased – partly because of my own treatment but also my wife who has been a patient/customer at Worcester Hearing Centre for a few years. She also can only speak highly of the Centre and her welcome and treatment.”

“From the moment I walked into Worcester Hearing Centre, I was made to feel welcome, the reception staff are so nice and friendly. I then met Alex who has been totally amazing throughout all my appointments and went over and above in the service I received. Not only was Alex thorough he gave me so many options, tried different things/tweaked my hearing aids and made sure that I was completely happy with them - Alex has been an absolute star and he is so patient. If you have any reservations about Worcester Hearing Centre please don’t, they are brilliant! A truly life changing experience for me 100% and worth every penny I paid.”

“I went in completely deaf in my right ear and came out after a short time with full hearing after a painless wax removal, couldn't be happier! Laura was excellent explaining everything step by step and Kim on reception was lovely, and made me a lovely cup of tea while i was waiting. x”

“An excellent service, having ear wax removal. It's a relatively minor procedure, but it's important it's done safely. It was completely painfree, and reassuring to see images of my ears afterwards. Laura was professional, polite and friendly, and I would thoroughly recommend her care, as well as the Worcester Hearing Centre generally. Michelle (receptionist) was also friendly and efficient.”

“Recently had my ears cleared at Worcester Centre. Very friendly Reception by Michelle - Tea/Coffee/Sweets provided. Procedure carried out by Laura who was as friendly and efficient as I had been given to believe by another customer. Everything explained as the procedure took place and scan of the ears was shown and explained as it appeared on Screen. Very satisfied; thank you.”

“This was my second attempt at hearing aids and was therefore apprehensive. From the first impression of making the appointment - service could not have been better. Adam was patient and professional dealing with all my concerns. He took time, making adjustments and 'tweaks' until I was entirely satisfied and happy with the aids. I now cannot imagine life with my hearing aids! And the good service has continued when ever I have required any further help and support. Thank you all very much!”

“Excellent experience throughout. Managed to get an appointment same day of contacting Stratford Hearing Ctr after being really uncomfortable for a week and near deaf due to wax build up in my ears. NHS told me I would have to wait 5 weeks!! Nice greeting and Laura was amazing, explaining the procedure in depth and showing photos before and after treatment. What a relief after microsuction ear wax removal, these guys are terrific, well trained - worth spending the money to put you out of misery! We take our hearing and other senses for granted, when they go wrong, it is these kind people you want at the end of a phone, understanding and wanting to help you feel better - well done guys!”
