Just brought a new Herman Miller seat after my last cheap one broke Really didn't know just how bad and uncomfortable my last chair was !! Chair came within 2 days of ordering - the chap that delivered it was very friendly and took the packaging away I went through the video's online to set it up fully for me The chair is amazing - everytime I sit in it I can fell the solidness and comfort - I feel fully supported Thanks!!

What more can I say? I got a bespoke chair (options chosen to order) 23 per cent cheaper than a ready-made model from the same supplier on J Lewis ('never knowingly,' etc.). I was told when it would be ready and when it would be delivered. I had to change the delivery date. No problem. In these days, when a certain sloppiness affects some companies, this organisation bucks the trend and provides great service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer experience. I ordered the Herman Miller chair, not a cheap item.. I was uncomfortable with the size. One phone call and a larger replacement was on the way for no extra charge. That’s how it should be!

I've had my chair now for a couple of months and I'm very pleased with it. I got it because I work from home and was developing lower back pain, but this has definitely helped with my posture, and the pain has gone! The chair was delivered on time, looks great with the yellow back, and feels very well made, so I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Incredibly efficient process and I’m very pleased with my chairs. I was told by another retailer it would be a 9 week wait for the same product. I got mine in 4 days. Very happy.
