Really impressed with this company. I bought Herman Miller chairs from them on the basis of no fuss 14 day returns. All delivered on time and when asked to return they sorted it out over online chat and collected within a few days. Obviously these are expensive chairs and I didn’t want to be stuck with chairs that I didn’t get on with. In the end I settled for the Mirra2 after trying the Aeron. Customer service is spot on and would recommend them to anyone, even Herman Miller themselves, which I had multiple issues with and had to chase up for collections and refunds. Wellworking is also cheaper than HM!!

Very good service. Chair was delivered by Phil who talked us through everything and was very knowledgeable and passionate about chairs. Chair looks great and is very comfortable. 12 year guarantee is excellent too.

Really pleased with Wellworking. Their turnaround is so quick and I was kept updated with the progress of my order and delivery. The delivery was on time and the chair was delivered by a professional and friendly Wellworking courier. Moreover, their prices are very competitive.

The desk is very good and is worth 5 stars. But was not easy to assemble, there were instructions for the desk top but not the frame (may be there aren’t any, in which case Herman Miller should provide some). I think WellWorking should reconsider not assembling furniture due to COVID. The situation is much better now than 6 months ago. I have had furniture from other suppliers that has been assembled in the home.

Excellent experience buying from wellworking. I purchased a very expensive chair. My chair want just price matched, but price beaten. My chair was delivered exactly on time, fully assembled and ready to get to work in. With the option for free returns it really is a no brainer. Luckily, this is the most comfortable chair in the world, and I have no plans on returning it whatsoever!

I work from home and over the last 3 years my lower back has gradually got stiff and painful due to my cheap Amazon office chair. So I bit the bullet and decided to reach out to a professional company to get the right chair for me. The whole experience received from Wellworking was consultative and personal, taking me through all the options from low cost through to the most expensive Herman Miller. We decided that a mid-price HM chair was the best option due to my body shape and budget. The chair was delivered the same week - again attentive delivery service. Finally, they provided a follow-up video conference call with one of their experts to tweak the set-up of the chair. In summary, I'm a happy customer, great service, no regrets.

This is my first purchase from Wellworking. The website was clear and they had a good range of products, without having so many choices you get lost. Once I'd ordered I had delivery confirmation very quickly, in less than an hour. Delivery was spot on time, and the product (2 chairs) was excellent. The service was great, they checked we knew how to operate the chairs. Overall, very impressed, would use again without hesitation.
