I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron and was very happy with the price and speed of delivery. I was given a one hour time slot which made receiving the chair very easy.

This was my first proper task chair purchase - I've had cheap chairs from Argos and Ikea before, but never a proper brand name chair such as a Herman Miller or Vitra before. Website is good - pretty easy to find what you're looking for. You can search via in stock or made to order, as well as faceting down to brand, price, etc. The usual. I needed advice on which chair might be most suitable, and the online chat was helpful in that regard. I chose my chair, purchased using the interest free option, and a couple of days later the chair was delivered (not by a courier but by an employee of well working from Scotland). The only gripe I might have is looking on the internet at unboxing videos, the chair I ordered seems to come in a box for most people who ordered it, mine came in a bag. I would guess because mine was an in stock item rather than custom made direct from Herman Miller. There was no damage to the chair, but I did have a mini panic when I saw it hadn't got any real protection during transit. Chair is great, easy to set up, even if it wasn't there's videos online and Wellworking will do a call with you to show you how to set it up. Can't complain - good price, good service, good website. Would recommend.

Really good service ordered on a Sunday and was contacted on the Monday with a delivery date, unfortunately this was not convenient but Wellworking managed to change the date to a convenient one providing delivery within two working days of the order. It was a refreshing change being able to phone a company and speak to someone straight away rather than going through a call centre - very impressed and the chair I bought is perfect

Ordered a HM Aeron from WellWorking as they are a registered HM dealer with other payment options to choose from. Customer service was quick to respond to questions prior to me making a purchase and item was delivered in 2 days. Overall satisifed with the whole process.

The whole process from order to delivery was well above the norm. Upon ordering we received a tailored email explaining the delivery and giving us two dates. We opted for one which suited our availability. The delivery was within the 1 hour timeframe. The delivery guy was friendly and made sure the chair was put together and he switched out one of the arms as he felt it was slightly scuffed. Chair is really top quality and really comfortable.

Excellent in every way. Easy ordering from website. Quick delivery. Unpacked and assembled for me. Great delivery guy. Chair is everything I hoped for. Great returns policy, which I don’t think I’ll need to use thankfully. If only all companies operated like this….
