So, there were delays, supply problems and other issues that weren't Wellworking's fault but were nevertheless deeply irritating. So that costs them a star. On the plus side, they kept me informed of all the problems, and were very apologetic. Their delivery driver was an absolute gem. The product was a Herman Miller Desk and arrived absolutely immaculate and looks great. I'm very happy with it.

I have purchased from Wellworking twice. I was initially attracted by the price and the quality of the product (both of which were excellent) but it was the customer service which made me return for the second purchase. I'm a very impressed customer.

The team at Wellworking is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They provided advice throughout the purchasing process and when delivering my Humanscale Diffrient World Chair gave me a demonstration on how to make the most of this beautifully designed ergonomic chair. Wellworking has a good selection of chaire to choose from at good prices. The information provided is clear and comprehensive enabling an informed choice. The order process is easy to folllow and a precise delivery date and time is given for delivery, which in my case was adhered to and I received my chair from a helpful and friendly delivery person.

First time I’ve ordered from this company and very impressed with their service. Ordered an anglepoise lamp at 10.30pm on a Sunday evening. Confirmation of dispatch by 8am on Monday and lamp delivered on at 9am Tuesday. Very happy with lamp, which was really competitively priced (£20 cheaper than competitors), and the service was outstanding! All round winner - I’ll be using them again.

The chair is amazing! It has been delivered in a day, which I found unbelievable. The delivery service was nice, smooth, without any packaging mess. The delivery person was very friendly and explained how I can follow up if I had any questions. All in all, a great experience. Will definitely buy again from Wellworking in the future.
