I rose from my last office chair like a "bent paperclip" , colleagues noticed and one recommended a Herman Miller chair. I ordered through the Wellworking site by phone, the staff were helpful and efficient. I was surprised , when the chair was delivered, by the fact that a member of Wellworking accompanied the chair and advised me on the correct posture and how to set up the chair. A nice company to deal with...and the chair is excellent!

I ordered my bespoke chair and was given a lead time of around 8 weeks. It was very accurate indeed and the delivery driver gave a great working instruction demo of how to use the chair properly. The chair was delivered within the hour specified on the date of delivery. Price was very competitive and all round experience very good. I would certainly reccommend this company if you're looking to buy an office chair. Their Customer Service was excellent and what you would expect from any good retailer/etailer.

Having ordered an Eames lounger / ottoman which was delivered today , I can highly recommend this company from start to finish. As this chair had to come from the factory, I was kept informed about delivery times throughout. The entire process , because of the superb staff has been brilliant and restored my faith in human nature ! I

I have been sitting on a cheap office chair for years and have had increasingly bad back and shoulder problems. I decided it was time to invest in a good quality chair and Wellworking has been fantastic in finding me the right product - and they let me test it so that I would be absolutely sure it was for me - and, most reassuring of all, the chair was adjusted for me to make sure my computer screen was at the right height and that I was fully supported. My aches and pains have all but gone. When you sit at a desk for hours every day, I don't think you should underestimate the importance of sitting properly. Thoroughly recommend Wellworking - fantastic company.

The whole process of buying the Aeron chair from Wellworking was smooth from order to delivery. The chair arrived exactly on time, the instructions for setting it up to suit me were very clear, and I was even given some good advice on arranging my workstation to get the best from the product. I really felt that it was important to the rep that I was happy with everything. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with my new Herman Miller chair that was supplied by Wellworking. Their price was extremely competitive. Not only was delivery free but a very helpful gentleman installed the chair, demonstrated all of its functions and helped me to set it up so that it would be used in the most ergonomic manner.

I use a Herman Miller chair at work so knew how good they were and how expensive. Wellworking were significantly cheaper than the high street and left informative voice and emails to agree a delivery day and then timeslot. The chair was for my wife and she was very impressed with the whole experience and has already commented that her back doesn't hurt when she stands up (it used to in her old 'staples' chair)

I HAVE ORDERED CHAIRS OVER 5 TIMES NOW FROM WELL WORKING - THEY ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE BEST CHAIRS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS FROM STAFF THAT THE CHAIR IS NO GOOD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - FRIENDLY - NO NONSENSE SERVICE.

I ordered these chairs and delivery was a few days later. By the time I got in to the office the chairs had been delivered, assembled and were in situ on the first floor! My staff were singing the praises of the delivery guys who could not have been better.

We are a small software deveopment company based in Surrey and we ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair online from Wellworking. I soon got a call to arrange delivery which happened as scheduled. The representative who turned up with the chair helped set it up for the person using it. He also noticed we had some other ergonomic chairs (not purchased from Wellworking) that we hadn't set up properly so he took the time to help us with those as well. I would have no hesitation buying from Wellworking again

I had an Aeron chair in need of repair. A quick discussion with the folks at Wellworking and they were able to fix it at a cost below my worst fears. Not only that but the service engineer was able to re-acquaint me with all the settings of the chair and how I could get best use out of it. Very helpful indeed. I will certainly be calling on them again if I need any help with my Aeron or indeed with my other types of chair.

This is the second chair I've ordered from Wellworking. I can not fault their service from placing the order to delivery. The advice provided before deciding which chair to order was fantastic. I was kept informed of the order status and delivery was as scheduled. thank you so much. I love my Vitra Repos Chair.

Wellworking were recommended by the Herman Miller showroom, and the whole process of ordering and delivery was perfect; they did exactly as they said they would. Especially liked having an in-house demo of the chairs and advice on proper ergonomic usage. Much appreciated, and highly recommended!

Chair (white leather) is beautiful and works perfectly (all the features). The wellworking team worked around my schedule (needed a weekend delivery) and helped me set up the chair and mat, so it would work for me. Absolutely love it and much appreciate the service I've received!

From the first conversation I had with these guys, they were happy to go the extra mile. It took me a bit of time to work out which chair I wanted and they let me demo two of them in my office before I made up my mind. They got the sale in the end and deserved it. I'd be surprised if any other office chair company were as good to work with. Highly recommended.

We ordered two Herman Miller chairs from Wellworking last week, but were concerned that it was a huge spend for a small business without seeing the chairs first. Wellworking agreed to let us test the chairs on delivery and pay if we decided to keep them. The chairs were delivered at 8am on Tuesday morning. Wellworking's representative set up each chair individually, gave us excellent instruction on how to get the best from our chairs and left us to phone and pay, which we did immediately. The service we received from everyone we spoke to at Wellworking was first rate and we will be recommending them to anyone who'll listen. Thank you and we love our chairs!
