I am so impressed! I hadn’t hear of wellworking before but was looking for a more affordable Herman Miller chair than what John Lewis offers. I got the chair because my back and neck have been suffering from working from a standard dining room chair. I was really impressed by the fact that the delivery person is actually trained to set up your workspace. The person who delivered mine, Dave, was absolutely lovely and super helpful- more so than the health and safety rep at my workplace who set up my desk there!! He helped me adjust the chair to my desk, showed me how to elevate my laptop to avoid neck pain, took photos of me sitting properly so I could refer back to them and ensure I was still using it the right way, and answered all my questions. A really lovely guy, and I am pleased to say that the chair is fantastic and I have been working very well in my new set-up. I am looking forward to being free of neck and back pain!

fantastic service all round, how i wish all companies were like this, as wellworking all take a great pleasure in pleasing customers. they also only sell really great productsi really cannot recommend enough! David who delivered the chair (they do their own deliveries) completed the whole experience by explaining the chair thoroughly and saying to contact with any problems..also best price for mirra 2 i could find

Ordered a Herman Miller chair on Sunday. Notified of delivery slot on Monday for Wednesday 12-1pm. Arrives at 12:05pm on the Wednesday. Chair came pre-assembled. No box or packaging waste. Nice man called "Phil" doing the delivery gives me an in depth demo on how to use the chair and how to configure it for my weight and size. Got loads of extra advice on posture and desk setup. Tell's me it's got a 12 year warranty and anything goes wrong just call and they will fix it. What more could you want?

I am really pleased with the quality of the Herman miller chair I bought as well as the elite matrix desk. The guys who delivered and assembled were great and gave me a demonstration of all the features. Would definitely recommend.

The chair was delivered on time as expected and the representative of Wellworking spent quite a bit of time explaining all its adjustments to me and adjusting it for me. He also helped me take apart my old chair and get it down a steep flight of steps.

Very pleased with my purchase. I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron Exec from Wellworking - cheapest price on the net by a long way and good communication. Delivery date for next day but unfortunately on arrival realised the wrong size had been sent out - size C rather than a size B. Delivery staff very apologetic and offered to let me use the C until the B arrives. I declined this very generous and kind offer. My chair arrived three days later although outside of the delivery slot I was given due to traffic in London on a Friday. On arrival received a super informative demo on how to use the chair and gentleman even helped to set it up according to my desk and gave me tips on best footrest to purchase. Overall, an excellent professional company who are great to deal with - I would highly recommend.
