“Great service as I was somewhat sceptical as have only bought original straps in the past plus it seemed there are very few aftermarket 21mm straps available. I have 4 Omega watches with 21mm lugs so surely there is a demand for them? The service team sent me a strap to try and its superb.”

“Packaging and Delivery: Well packaged and speedy delivery Presentation: it's a big thing if I am paying list for a watch, that on arrival the time has been set. It wasn't. Also no option to set the strap to my wrist size on order. So rate this as poor. I could have been getting a delivery from Screwfix. Returns: I returned the watch and return was easy enough but does it need to take about ten days from receipt of return for money to hit the card”

“I've dealt with WatchGecko a few times now and can't praise them enough. As always the shipping (5 days to New Zealand), packaging and presentation can only be described as top notch. I can't really comment on the team itself as I've never had reason to make extra contact with them, everything has always been just so!”

“The fast and tracked delivery service was great and the website was very good and easy to use with good communication also throughout. The watch strap only cost me £4.99 postage as it was a gift for subscription which was a lovely touch. And I planned to order another strap in leather of the same kind. When the strap arrived I was extremely disappointed. It felt thin and cheap compared to any of the many nato and zulu straps I own on my various watches. If I had of paid full price of around £25 plus postage I would have sent it back instead it's gone on my 12 year olds watch. As I'd mentioned above I had planned to order the same style strap in brown leather but after seeing the quality of this one for £25 I won't be spending £30 on a leather one and taking the chance. Hope the feedback was constructive and helpful, many thanks Mr J Blackburn”
